Have Your Say
PickOurTeam is all about getting the fans' opinion heard by the people in charge, be it your ideal line-ups, ratings of individual players or thoughts on managers, referees and team tactics. Our community sparks debate about all the latest matches, issues, news and players, which we then present to the decision-makers at the clubs you love. Join the debate with other fans, create your ideal squad match by match and keep an eye on our leaderboards, created entirely by you. Stay ahead of the game, prove your worth and get your voice heard.
Know Your Stuff
Every week we challenge you to select your line-up, including the three substitutes you would choose to use, for every Premier League match. Once the game is over, you will be able to compare your line-up with your fellow fans to see how the majority wants their team to play. The Fans Verdict page allows you to compare and score your selections against your Manager.
Rate Your Players
After every game, you can mark your players on four key elements to their game: technique, work-rate, leadership, x-factor. As the season progresses, you are the ones who decide which players are exceeding expectations and those who are falling short. Your ratings will be automatically fed into our leaderboards where you can see the top-rated players in every position and attribute, across the league. Oh, and every time you rate players in your club, you will get another ten ePoints.
Get Stuck In
Players are not the only factor during match-day: your manager and of course the referee both play a key role in affecting the result. So after every game, you can also mark your team's manager on four key parts of his job, and the referee for his performance on the day. Again, the leaderboard will be able to tell you at-a-glance which manager is most popular among his fans, or which referee regularly gets the big decisions right.
Beyond the Pitch
Before and after match-day, we want you to hear your thoughts and opinions about your team. We have an elite squad of over 40 brilliant and passionate Club Editors who will be writing regular blogs about their team - and you have the chance to respond: are they being too soft on your non-scoring new striker, do you need to sell that always-injured defender and why is anyone backing the contract rebel who won't sign a new deal? Across the site there are areas for you to have your say. As always, if you interact, you earn more epoints.
Analyse Your Opponents
Because the coverage of each team will be so comprehensive - with the Player and Manager leaderboards, Editors. Match Verdicts and blogs, and fans' comment sections - the site is a one-stop shop for finding out the burning issues at every Premier League club. After you have selected the team you support, you can still browse other teams' pages and make sure you know all there is to know about your next opponents.
More Exclusive Content
As well as supplying you with regular football updates from the likes of BBC and The Guardian, Pick Our Team will be producing exclusive articles as well from some of the game's finest football writers. The likes of Jonathan Wilson (The Blizzard), Michael Cox (Zonal Marking), Iain Macintosh (The New Paper) and Ben Lyttleton (Sports Illustrated) will be among guest columnists you can read every week.

What are ePoints?
ePoints are a virtual currency that you can spend on real stuff such as club shirts, HMV vouchers and top gadgets. The more ePoints you earn on Pick Our Team, the more you can spend. Simple.
How do I collect them?
On Pick Our Team, you're automatically awarded 50 ePoints when you register, 5 for every line-up you create as well as more when you rate others fans' choices. You get points for rating individual players, managers and even referees, and you can also bet your existing ePoints on the outcome of matches.
