Contact the Editors
One address for corrections, questions about a page and commercial enquiries. We cannot settle disputes with bookmakers or casinos, and we will tell you who can.

To contact the editors, write to the email address on this page. It reaches the desk that writes and checks every review, guide and results page on Pick Our Team.
The editors' address is below.
desk@pickourteam.comWhat to write to us about
- Corrections. A wrong licence holder, an out-of-date draw day, a sum that does not add up. Tell us the page and what is wrong; a link to the source helps. Confirmed errors are fixed and the page date is moved on.
- Questions about a page. If something we wrote is unclear, ask. A muddled paragraph is our fault, not yours.
- Operators. Bookmakers and casinos who think a fact about them is wrong may send evidence: a register entry, a current terms page. We change facts, not verdicts on request.
- Commercial enquiries. We read them. Nothing agreed affects a review, a ranking or a verdict, as our affiliate disclosure explains.
What the desk cannot do
We are a guide, not a bookmaker, so we hold no accounts and no money. We cannot release a withdrawal, reopen a voided bet, lift a limit or close an account. Raise those with the operator through its own complaints procedure, and keep copies of what you send.
If a licensed bookmaker does not resolve it, the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland is the regulator for betting; our licensing guide explains whom it covers. For online casinos the position is weaker: Ireland has no gaming licence yet, so a casino complaint goes to whichever foreign regulator licenses that brand, if any.
Questions about Lotto, EuroMillions or a prize claim belong with the National Lottery itself. Our Lotto pages explain the rules and claim deadlines but cannot check a ticket.
Please do not send
Passwords, card numbers, bank details, copies of ID or account screenshots showing them. We never ask for any of these, and anyone claiming to write on our behalf who does is not us. How we handle the emails we receive is set out in the privacy notice.
If you need help now
If you are writing because gambling has got out of hand, you do not need us first. Gamblers Anonymous Ireland runs a helpline on +353 1 8721133, from 10am to 10pm every day, and holds free meetings around the country. Further support, including services for families, is on our responsible gambling page. Everything we publish is meant for adults aged 18 or over.
Readers' questions
- Can you help me get money back from a bookmaker?
- No. We hold no accounts. Use the operator's complaints procedure first; for a GRAI-licensed bookmaker the regulator is the next step.
- Will a bookmaker's complaint change a verdict?
- A proven factual error is corrected. A verdict changes only when the facts behind it change.
