Betstar Review: No Active Site Found

The Betstar address now leads nowhere: it forwards to an Australian site that no longer resolves. No Betstar casino or sportsbook is active, and none holds an Irish licence.

Betstar: review

Anyone searching for a Betstar review in Ireland should know first that there is nothing current to review. The Betstar .com address forwards permanently to an Australian betting site, and that Australian address no longer resolves; our recheck on 29 October 2026 found no active Betstar casino or sportsbook.

What is left of the Betstar name

Which Betstar, if any, ever aimed at Ireland was never established. A licence aggregator links some Betstar-named domains to Reel Denmark and Reel Malta licences, but those records were not confirmed as belonging to the same brand. Betstar appears on neither the GRAI register nor Revenue's old list of remote bookmakers, so no Betstar holds an Irish licence.

A dormant name is sometimes picked up later by somebody else. If a site trading as Betstar appears, treat it as a new operator: look for a named company and a licence you can check on a regulator's register before lodging anything. Our licensing guide explains how.

Betstar review verdict

Swerve, by default: a closed brand cannot be recommended. Licensed bookmakers are ranked on our betting page.

Gambling is for adults, 18+. Our responsible gambling page lists Irish support.
