OnlyWin Review: One Casino, Three Jurisdictions on Paper

OnlyWin is described as Curacao-licensed by one directory and Anjouan-licensed by another, with companies in Curacao, Costa Rica and Cyprus attached. None of that is Irish.

OnlyWin: review

OnlyWin is an offshore online casino with no Irish licence, and the published data about who runs it does not agree with itself. This OnlyWin review sets out the conflicting records and why, for an Irish player, they add up to a swerve.

OnlyWin review: the conflicting records

A large casino directory quotes the operator's own wording, naming Goodfly N.V., registered in Curacao, under a Curacao sub-licence, with an agent company, Lavencia LTD, in Cyprus. AskGamblers gives Anjouan as the jurisdiction, with a different licence reference, and names the company both as Goodfly N.V. and as Goodfly Limitada of Costa Rica. The form box shows the position as recorded: Curacao 365/JAZ sub-licence GLH-OCCHKTW0707052023 or Anjouan (LCB and AskGamblers conflict; not verified). None of it has been checked on a regulator's register.

Inconsistency like this is common in the sub-licence end of the market, and it is exactly what makes a complaint hard. A player who cannot say which regulator licenses a casino cannot easily complain to it.

What a sub-licence means

Under Curacao's older system, a handful of master licence holders granted sub-licences to individual operators. The sub-licensee answered to the master holder, which answered to Curacao. That chain sits a long way from a player in Ireland, and it is one reason Curacao reformed its system. A sub-licence reference on a footer is a starting point for checking, not proof that anyone is supervising the casino day to day.

Irish players

The official site showed an access-denied page to our network and its terms returned an error, so Irish acceptance is unconfirmed; no source lists Ireland as restricted. Even if an account opens, it carries no Irish protection. No casino holds an Irish licence, since the GRAI does not expect to begin gaming licensing until early 2027. Our licensing guide explains what to look for in a foreign licence meanwhile.

Promo code and no deposit bonus

Searches ask for an OnlyWin promo code and no deposit bonus. Neither is verified: the terms could not be read, so any offer's wagering, caps and expiry are unknown. The bonuses section explains which terms to check before accepting any casino offer.

The OnlyWin verdict

Swerve. No Irish licence, no Irish protection, and a dispute route that could end in Curacao or Anjouan depending on which record is right. No link from us; casinos with clear Malta or British licences are in the casino rankings.

Players must be 18+. Free, confidential support in Ireland is listed on our responsible gambling page.
