OscarSpin Review: A Casino Behind a Closed Door
OscarSpin showed us only a "country restricted" page, so its licence, company and terms went unread. Third-party claims conflict. Until it shows its paperwork, we wait.

This OscarSpin review has a short answer: the brand cannot be shown to hold any licence that protects a player in Ireland, and it is not licensed in Ireland. When the desk checked the official site on 29 October 2026 it returned a "Your country is restricted" page, including on the terms and conditions, so its licence, its operating company and its rules went unread.
That is the whole of our first-hand file, which is why the page is short. We have not worked around the block and would not suggest anyone does.
OscarSpin review: what the closed door tells you
A casino shows a restricted-country page for one of a few reasons. Its licence may forbid it to serve that country. It may have been warned off by a regulator there. Or it may simply have chosen not to trade there. The page we saw named no company, no regulator and no list of territories, so it does not tell us which.
For a reader in Ireland the practical rule is plain. If OscarSpin shows you the same page, the site is not taking you as a customer, and any route round that, a borrowed address or a link from a forum, puts you outside its own terms. Winnings from an account opened against a casino's restrictions are the first thing an operator voids.
The licence claims in circulation
Elsewhere on the web OscarSpin is credited with a Curacao licence, a Malta Gaming Authority licence and an Italian ADM licence. The pages making those claims are spam-grade and copy each other. A self-description on a question-and-answer profile names Terdersoft B.V. as the company, which we cannot verify.
None of that is evidence. An MGA licence can be checked on the regulator's register; an Italian licence would normally mean an Italy-only site. Until the operator's own footer can be read, we treat its licence as unknown.
OscarSpin and Ireland
OscarSpin does not appear on the GRAI register or on Revenue's legacy list of remote bookmakers. Neither is surprising for a casino brand: no online casino holds an Irish gaming licence, because the GRAI does not expect to start licensing gaming until early 2027. Our licensing guide explains what the Irish regime covers today and where casinos fit.
What separates casinos in the meantime is the foreign licence behind them and whether that licence is visible. Here it is not.
OscarSpin casino bonus, promo code and app
We print no OscarSpin bonus, promo code or welcome package. The terms that would set wagering, expiry and maximum winnings could not be read, and a bonus without readable terms is not something we can value for you. We have no confirmed OscarSpin app in an official store either; mobile play at casinos of this kind generally runs in the browser.
Why the verdict is watch, not a recommendation
Our verdict on OscarSpin is watch: there is not enough confirmed information to judge it, good or bad. That is not a soft endorsement. It means we will look again if the operator publishes a licence that can be checked, and until then we would not open an account. For casinos whose licence and terms are on the record, see our casino rankings; our rating method explains how the form figures and verdicts are set.
Checks before anyone deposits
- A company name and licence number in the footer, with a seal that links to the regulator's own site.
- A restricted-territories clause that you have read for Ireland.
- Withdrawal limits, verification steps and bonus terms you can find before you register, not after.
- Deposit limit tools you can set on day one.
18+ only. If any site starts to cost more than you meant to spend, our responsible gambling page has Irish support contacts.
Readers' questions
- Is OscarSpin available in Ireland?
- Unconfirmed. The official site showed our desk a country-restricted page, and its terms could not be read, so Irish acceptance is not established either way.
- Who runs OscarSpin?
- The operator's own site did not show a company name to us. A question-and-answer profile names Terdersoft B.V., which we could not verify.
- What does a watch verdict mean for OscarSpin?
- That we lack the confirmed facts to rate it. It is not a recommendation; we will look again if the operator publishes a licence that can be checked on a regulator's register.
