BetLabel Review: Sportsbook and Casino With No Irish Licence
BetLabel sells sports betting and casino play to Irish visitors, yet its own homepage names neither a company nor a licence. With no GRAI licence on record, the desk marks it swerve.

BetLabel is a sportsbook and online casino that third-party reviews tie to TechSolutions Group N.V. and a Curacao licence, and it holds no licence from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland. This BetLabel review therefore ends where it starts: no Irish licence, no Irish protection, and a swerve from the desk.
The brand turns up often in Irish searches, which is the reason for this page, not an endorsement. Below is what can be established, what cannot, and why the gaps settle the matter for an Irish punter.
BetLabel review: the file in five lines
- Operator: TechSolutions Group N.V., according to third-party reviews. The homepage text we captured names no company.
- Licence: Curacao, reported but not verified on a regulator's register.
- Products: sports betting and casino, per the homepage.
- Irish registers: absent from the Revenue list of remote bookmakers at 30 June 2026 and from the GRAI register since.
- Verdict: swerve. We carry no link to it.
A homepage that does not say who runs it
Regulated operators print the company name, registered address and licence number in the footer of every page. It is a dull block of small print and the first thing a careful punter should read. The BetLabel homepage text we captured showed sport and casino products but no licence and no company. The terms page we tried returned a 404, so the restricted-countries list could not be read either.
That leaves the licence resting on other people's reviews, several of which name TechSolutions Group N.V. and describe a Curacao licence or certificate of operation. They may well be accurate. It is still second-hand, and a punter with a dispute needs a first-hand answer to a simple question: which regulator do I write to?
Is BetLabel legit in Ireland?
Not in any sense that helps an Irish customer. Since 1 July 2026, any bookmaker taking online bets from people in Ireland needs a remote betting licence from the GRAI, and BetLabel's sportsbook does not have one. Providing gambling without a licence is an offence under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024, and the regulator can ask the High Court to block an unlicensed operator's website, advertising and payments.
The casino half is a different road to the same place. No Irish gaming licence exists yet; the GRAI expects to start issuing them in early 2027. Reputable casinos serving Ireland in the meantime work under Malta or Great Britain licences, both backed by a complaints process with teeth. A Curacao arrangement that cannot even be confirmed on a register is not in that class. Our licensing guide sets out the register and the dates.
BetLabel Ireland: why acceptance is uncertain
Whether Irish residents can open an account at all is unclear. The case that they can rests on review listings aimed at Ireland, not on the operator's own country list. If the site will not load or registration is refused, take that at face value. We do not publish ways round a country restriction or a block, and an account that depends on one has no standing anywhere.
BetLabel casino and sportsbook products
The homepage shows a sportsbook and a casino. Beyond that the file is thin: racing coverage, live casino and lotto-style bets are all unconfirmed. For most Irish punters racing is the deciding product, and the licensed books in our bookmaker section cover Irish and British meetings on terms an Irish regulator can enforce.
BetLabel bonus, promo code and no deposit offers
No welcome offer, promo code, no deposit bonus or free spins deal is on our file. If one is ever verified it shows here: . Codes copied from forums are somebody's say-so.
The deeper point is enforcement. Bonus terms on an offshore site are written and interpreted by the operator, and the only appeal lies with a regulator abroad, if one can be identified. The inducement rules in the 2024 Act, once commenced, will bind GRAI licensees and nobody else. Our bonus guide lists what to check on an offer from a licensed firm.
BetLabel app and withdrawals
No Android or iOS app is confirmed, and neither is a payout time or a list of payment methods. Withdrawal speed matters less than withdrawal certainty. With a licensed operator, a delayed payment is a matter for a regulator that can fine the firm; with an unverified Curacao operator, it is a matter of correspondence.
BetLabel sister sites
We hold no confirmed list of brands sharing BetLabel's operator, and we do not repeat lists that cannot be traced to a register. Our sister sites page covers groups whose ownership is on record.
The desk's call on BetLabel
Swerve. The licence is unverified, the operator unnamed on its own homepage and the Irish status absent; its form line reflects that. Betting is for adults, 18+, and if it has stopped being a pastime, the support routes on our safer gambling page are free and confidential.
Readers' questions
- Is BetLabel licensed in Ireland?
- No. It is not on the GRAI register, which every online bookmaker serving Ireland has needed to be on since 1 July 2026. Third-party reviews report a Curacao licence, which is not an Irish licence.
- Who owns BetLabel?
- Third-party reviews name TechSolutions Group N.V. The homepage text we captured did not name a company, so treat that as reported rather than confirmed.
- Does BetLabel have a no deposit bonus?
- None is confirmed on our file. Even if one appears, its terms would be enforced by the operator and at most a foreign regulator, never by an Irish body.
