Casino Sister Sites: Which Brands Share an Operator

Sister sites are casinos run by the same company under the same licence. Knowing the group tells you who holds your money, which regulator hears complaints and how far a self-exclusion reaches.

Sister sites

Casino sister sites are brands run by the same operating company, usually on one platform and under one licence. For an Irish player the useful question is not which site looks like another, but who stands behind it: the licence holder named in the footer decides how your money is held and where you can complain.

Below we group the casino brands in our data by licence holder, using the operators' own terms and regulator records where we could read them. Where a link rests on third-party listings only, we say so.

What casino sister sites share

  • Licence. Sister brands often trade under a single licence number. If the regulator acts against the company, every brand is affected.
  • Account rules. Terms, verification and bonus conditions are often near identical. Some groups treat a player as one customer across brands for welcome offers.
  • Games and cashier. The same platform usually means the same game library and payment methods.
  • Complaints. One company handles them, and the same regulator is the last stop.

None of these brands holds an Irish casino licence, because none exists yet; the GRAI expects to start gaming licensing in early 2027. Sister casinos open to Irish players operate under Maltese, Gibraltarian or British licences. The casinos section explains how we rank them.

White Hat Gaming sister sites

White Hat Gaming Limited, based in Malta, runs a family of slot-led casinos under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/370/2017, with UK Gambling Commission account 52894 for Great Britain. Playzee's own site states the split: the UK licence for British players, the Malta licence for everyone else, which includes Ireland. Casilando's terms name the same company and the same licence. Casimba, Grand Ivy and Firevegas are tied to White Hat by third-party listings rather than terms we could read, and review sources link the newer 247bet to the same company.

Skill On Net sister sites

Skill On Net Limited operates another cluster under Malta licence MGA/CRP/171/2009, with separate licences for local domains in Britain and elsewhere. KnightSlots' terms name Skill On Net and that Malta licence. Register data ties MegaCasino to the same company, and the UK register lists Luna Casino as a trading name of Skill On Net. Megaways Casino was relaunched by the group in Britain in March 2026 and extended to international markets under its Malta licence in May 2026, per trade press.

Broadway Gaming bingo sisters

Butlers Bingo and Glossy Bingo both trace to Broadway Gaming Limited, an Isle of Man company licensed by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain under account 39075, with a Dublin head office address on the UK register. Butlers prices in sterling and its terms restrict play to permitted territories without a list we could read, so Irish eligibility is unconfirmed for both brands. A British licence is not an Irish one.

Bookmaker groups with casino and bingo sisters

Several brands are the gaming arm of a betting group that holds a GRAI licence. That licence covers betting only.

  • Platinum Gaming Limited holds GRAI licence GRAI-0890-RB-26-0001 for 32Red and Unibet. 32Red Casino is the sister casino; Gibraltar lists the company with gaming and betting licences.
  • PPB Counterparty Services Limited holds GRAI-1003-RB-26-0001 for Paddy Power and Betfair. Whether a Betfair Bingo product is still open to Irish players could not be confirmed.
  • LC International Limited holds GRAI-0622-RB-26-0001 for Ladbrokes. Coral, its Entain stablemate, appeared on the same Revenue licence before July 2026. Their bingo rooms are covered by neither licence.
  • QuinnBet (Gibraltar) Ltd holds a GRAI betting licence; Quinn Casino is its casino side.

Sister sites and self-exclusion

This is where the group matters most. Self-excluding from one brand does not automatically close your account at its sisters; some operators extend an exclusion across every brand on the platform, others do not. Ireland's National Gambling Exclusion Register, which will cover all licensed operators at once, is provided for in the 2024 Act but is not yet running. Until it is, if you exclude yourself from one casino, ask the operator in writing to apply it to every brand under the same licence, and treat the sisters as closed to you. Our responsible gambling page lists the support services.

Sister site bonuses and no deposit offers

Searches for sister sites with no deposit offers usually hope that each brand in a group will give a fresh welcome bonus. Some groups allow one welcome offer per person across all their brands, and their terms say so; an account opened only to take a second bonus can be closed and its winnings voided. Read the bonus terms on each site, and see our casino bonuses guide for what the conditions mean.

Offshore networks and casinos with no sister sites

Offshore operators run sister networks too, often many near-identical casinos on one Curacao or Anjouan licence. A large family adds no safety: every one of those brands gives Irish players no Irish licence and no Irish protection, and we do not list them. A casino with no sister sites is neither better nor worse for that alone; check the licence holder named in its terms as you would for any other.

All the brands above are for players 18+. Compare their verdicts and form lines on each operator review before opening an account with any of them.

Readers' questions

What are casino sister sites?
Casinos run by the same company, usually on one platform and one licence. They share terms, games, payments and complaint handling.
Does any casino sister site hold an Irish licence?
No. Irish gaming licences have not been issued yet. Sister casinos open to Irish players operate under foreign licences such as Malta, Gibraltar or Great Britain.
Does self-exclusion at one casino cover its sister sites?
Not always. Ask the operator to extend it to every brand on the same licence. Ireland's national exclusion register is not yet operational.
Can I claim a welcome bonus at each sister site?
Some groups allow one welcome offer per person across all their brands. Check each site's bonus terms before registering.
