Casilando Review: A Malta Licence, a Big Family and One Open Question
Casilando is a White Hat Gaming casino licensed in Malta, a sister of Playzee. The licence is sound for a foreign one; whether it takes Irish players is not yet confirmed.

Casilando is an online casino run by White Hat Gaming Limited of Valletta under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/370/2017. That is a foreign licence, not an Irish licence, and the casino's list of restricted countries has not been confirmed for Ireland, so this Casilando review rates it watch: a reasonable regulator, an unanswered question.
Casilando's licence and owner
The terms name White Hat Gaming Limited, registered in Valletta, and the MGA licence above, issued on 1 August 2018. Malta is among the stronger foreign regulators an Irish player will meet: its licensees can be checked on a public register, and it can fine or suspend them. That puts Casilando in a different class from the Anjouan and Curacao brands elsewhere in our reviews.

Casilando in Ireland: what the MGA licence covers
No online casino holds an Irish licence, because none can yet. The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland has licensed betting since July 2026 and expects to begin gaming licensing in early 2027. Until then, a casino serving Irish customers does so on its home licence, and the useful comparison is between regulators. Our licensing guide explains the transition.
One note of caution from a licence database: the Casilando name appears on unauthorised-operator lists kept by regulators in Switzerland, Cyprus, Estonia and Greece. Those lists say the brand lacks a local licence in those countries. They say nothing about Ireland, where no local casino licence exists to lack, but they show where the group has drawn regulators' attention.
The one thing we could not read is the restricted-countries list. Before registering, open the terms and check that Ireland is not on it. If it is, stop there.
Casilando free spins and the no deposit bonus
Most searches for the brand are about one offer: Casilando 50 free spins, often with "no deposit" attached. We have not confirmed a current no deposit deal for Irish accounts, and offers of this kind change often and vary by country. Our separate page on the Casilando no deposit bonus covers what is known and what to read in the terms.
The welcome offer on our file, where one has been confirmed: . Minimum deposit: . No promo code is on our file. Free spins usually come with wagering on the winnings and a cap on what can be withdrawn; read both before counting any spin as money.
The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 contains a ban on targeted inducements, which will cover bonuses and free spins once it is commenced. As of October 2026 it is not in force.
Casilando sister sites
White Hat Gaming runs a long list of casinos. Our file names Playzee, Slot Planet and 21 Casino among them, and Playzee carries the same MGA licence number. Sister sites usually share a platform and much of their terms, so a problem at one tends to show up at the others. See our Playzee review and the sister sites page for the wider group.
Casilando app, cashier and payouts
No Casilando app in the official stores is on our file; the casino runs in a mobile browser. Payment methods and withdrawal times have not been confirmed from the cashier pages, so we list none. Note that GRAI rules on credit cards bind Irish licensees, not a Maltese casino; the MGA's own rules apply instead.
Casilando review verdict: is it legit?
As a business, yes: a named company with a Malta licence that can be checked on the regulator's register. Whether it is open to you depends on the restricted list. The verdict stays at watch until Irish acceptance is confirmed.
