Coral Bingo Review: An Entain Bingo Room and the Irish Gap
Coral's sportsbook holds a GRAI betting licence, but bingo is gaming and Ireland licenses no gaming yet. Whether the bingo rooms take Irish accounts was not confirmed.

Our Coral Bingo review begins with ownership: it is the bingo arm of Coral, an Entain brand, and it holds no Irish licence for bingo because Ireland issues none yet. Coral's sportsbook is on the GRAI register for betting, but that licence stops at the bookmaker's counter, and whether the bingo rooms accept Irish accounts was not confirmed when the desk checked on 29 October 2026.
A familiar name buys a brand some trust. What follows sets out how much of it is earned in Ireland and how much rests on the sportsbook's reputation.
Coral Bingo review: the licence position
Two licences carry the Coral name in Irish records. The current one is a GRAI remote betting licence, GRAI-0652-RB-26-0001, held by ElectraWorks Limited, whose register entry lists Coral among its trading names. The older one is on Revenue's legacy list of remote bookmakers: licence 1010112, held by L C International Limited, which lists Coral's UK website among its trading names. Both are betting licences.
Bingo is gaming. The GRAI has not issued a gaming licence to anyone and expects to begin gaming licensing in early 2027. Until then no bingo site, Coral's included, is licensed in Ireland for bingo, and a GRAI betting licence on the same brand does not change that. Which foreign regulator covers the bingo product for a customer in Ireland was not stated on any page we could read. Our licensing guide explains the split between betting and gaming.
Gala Coral bingo and the Entain family
The old Gala Coral name still turns up in searches. Coral's help centre now describes the brand as part of the Entain Group, which also owns Ladbrokes; our Ladbrokes Bingo review covers the sister room and our Coral bookmaker review covers the sportsbook, which is the part of the business the GRAI licenses.
Shared ownership does not mean shared accounts. A Coral login and a Ladbrokes login are separate, with separate offers and separate limits.
Can you play Coral Bingo from Ireland?
Possibly, but we cannot confirm it. Coral's help centre has a Republic of Ireland section on verifying an account, which shows that Irish customers are expected somewhere in the business. The bingo pages themselves, which moved from their old subdomain to a section of the main Coral site, returned an access-denied error to our check, so the products, the rooms and any Irish restrictions on them went unread.
Before registering, open the bingo section from an Irish connection and read the terms for Ireland. If the bingo lobby is closed to you, the sportsbook's Irish licence will not open it.
Coral Bingo welcome offer, bonus code and promo code
Bingo welcome offers commonly come as bonus funds or free tickets, and the conditions differ from a free bet in ways that catch people out: bonus money that can only be spent in certain rooms, wagering on winnings before they can be withdrawn, and expiry within days. Coral Bingo's current offer for Irish customers, where we have it on record, is: . Any bonus code or promo code on record shows here: . If either line is empty, we have nothing verified to print.
Our bingo section explains how bingo bonuses are usually structured.
Coral Bingo app and online rooms
We have no confirmed Coral Bingo app listing for the Irish App Store or Google Play, and the app fields in our records are empty. Coral Bingo online play is through the main Coral site and its bingo section, subject to the access question above. Minimum deposit, payment methods and withdrawal times were not confirmed and appear in the form box only if sourced.
Withdrawals and tools
We have no sourced Coral Bingo withdrawal time. Since February 2026 Irish law has required GRAI licensees to let customers set monetary limits, but whether the same tools apply to a bingo account opened from Ireland, under whatever licence covers it, is one more point we could not settle.
Is Coral Bingo legit? Our verdict
Coral is a real betting brand owned by Entain plc, and nothing we found counts against its bingo. The question for an Irish player is narrower: which regulator stands behind the bingo account, and does the room accept you. Both are unconfirmed, so the verdict is watch, and its form line shows a strong licence figure for the group alongside middling marks elsewhere.
If you go ahead, check the Irish terms first and set a deposit limit before you buy a ticket.
