Betmac is a Curacao-licensed casino run by Sefiarray B.V., and it holds no Irish licence. Its terms do not exclude Ireland, so it appears to take Irish players, but this Betmac review comes down on swerve: an offshore licence gives an Irish customer no Irish protection.

The official footer and terms name Sefiarray B.V., a Curacao company numbered 155219, licensed under Curacao licence OGL/2024/842/0350, with a Curacao Gaming Authority seal on the page. Licence on file: Curacao OGL/2024/842/0350. That is more than many offshore casinos publish, and it is to Betmac's credit that the details are there to read.
Who Betmac turns away
Section 6 of the terms, Restricted Player Groups, is long. It excludes, among others, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden, as well as the United States and Australia. Ireland is not listed.
Read that list as a map of where regulators have made life difficult for unlicensed casinos, not as a welcome mat. Ireland's absence more likely reflects the fact that, until gaming licensing begins in early 2027, there is no Irish casino licence to enforce. It does not mean Betmac answers to anyone here.
