Betnflix Review: A Malta Licence, an Irish Gap

Betnflix is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, not in Ireland: the footer names L.C.S Limited of Ta' Xbiex as holder and operator, and the terms do not list Ireland among excluded territories. This Betnflix review rates it watch, a step above the offshore brands searched alongside it and short of a recommendation.

Betnflix review: the Malta licence

The footer states the MGA licence in full, recorded in the form box: MGA/B2C/233/2013 (Malta Gaming Authority, issued 2013-07-02). The MGA regulates from an EU member state and keeps a public register of its licences. For a casino that is a meaningful step up from Curacao or Anjouan.

It is still not Irish cover. Betnflix is on neither Revenue's legacy register nor the GRAI register, so its sportsbook has no Irish betting licence, and no casino has an Irish gaming licence because the GRAI does not expect to issue one before early 2027.
