Casinoly Review: A Casino That Does Not Name Its Licence

Casinoly is trading, but its own footer names no company and no regulator. Review sites point to Curacao with conflicting numbers. No Irish register lists it, so it gets no link from us.

Casinoly: review

A Casinoly review for Irish readers has to start with what the casino itself does not say. Casinoly's homepage is up and trading, but its footer names no company and no licence, and it is on no Irish register, so there is no Irish licence and no regulator we can point you to.

Our verdict is watch, which needs explaining, because it is not a recommendation. It means the status is unsettled, not that the casino has earned anything.

Who operates Casinoly?

Officially, nobody we can quote. When our file was rechecked on 29 October 2026, the footer gave no company name or licence number, and the rules page on the site did not render readable text. On an earlier pass the site returned an access error to our network.

Secondary sources fill the gap, badly. Review sites name Rabidi N.V. as operator under a Curacao licence, but cite different numbers for it, 8048/JAZ in one place and 151791 in another. Neither has been checked against a regulator's register. Rabidi N.V. is also named for Cazimbo, which our file records as an offshore brand.

Is Casinoly legit in Ireland?

Legitimacy starts with a named, checkable licence, and Casinoly does not display one. It is absent from the GRAI register and was never on the Revenue list of remote bookmakers. That last point would not settle things alone for a casino: the GRAI does not yet license gaming and expects to begin in early 2027, so no online casino holds an Irish gaming licence. The question is which foreign regulator stands behind the brand. For Casinoly the answer is not established.

If the Curacao licence is confirmed and Ireland turns out not to be restricted, our file already notes what follows: the brand moves to offshore and the verdict to swerve. A Curacao licence gives an Irish player no Irish protection and, in practice, a distant route for complaints. Our licensing guide sets out the difference between Irish, Malta, UK and Curacao cover.

Casinoly casino: games and payments

The site trades as a casino; beyond that the product file is empty. Live dealer tables, payment methods, minimum deposit and withdrawal times are all unconfirmed, and the restricted-countries list was not read. There is no confirmed Casinoly app in the listings we hold.

Casinoly promo code, bonus and free spins

We print no promo code, no deposit figure and no free spins count for Casinoly. The rules page could not be read, so any number would be invention, and a bonus whose terms cannot be enforced by a regulator you can name is a weak thing to accept. Offers from operators with a checkable licence are on our bonus pages.

Casinoly withdrawals

With no confirmed operator, there is no confirmed person to complain to if a withdrawal stalls. That is the practical meaning of a missing footer. A regulated casino has to say who holds player funds and which body hears disputes; the footer is where that normally sits. When it is blank, the first time a player learns who is on the other side may be the first time something goes wrong.

Casinoly sister sites

If Rabidi N.V. is the operator, Casinoly sits alongside other Rabidi brands in our files such as Cazimbo, Crownplay and Legendplay, each reviewed separately. The link is unverified for Casinoly, so treat it as a lead. Our sister sites page sets out which groupings are documented.

Casinoly review verdict

Watch, on the narrowest terms: we hold back from calling it offshore only because the licence claim itself is unconfirmed. We give no link. A casino that will not say who runs it has not made its case.

Strictly 18+. If gambling is costing more than you meant, our responsible gambling page lists Irish help.

Readers' questions

Does Casinoly hold an Irish licence?
No. It is not on the GRAI register, and no online casino can hold an Irish gaming licence until the GRAI starts gaming licensing, expected in early 2027.
Who owns Casinoly?
Its footer names nobody. Review sites name Rabidi N.V. under a Curacao licence, with conflicting licence numbers, and none is verified.
Is there a Casinoly app?
None is confirmed in our file.
Why is the verdict watch and not swerve?
Because the licence claim is unconfirmed. If the Curacao licence is confirmed and Ireland is not restricted, the brand moves to offshore and swerve.
