CosmicSlot has no Irish licence, and when we checked it on 29 October 2026 the site replied with HTTP 451, unavailable for legal reasons. The licence credited to it, from Curacao via Fortuna Games N.V., comes from AskGamblers rather than the operator. This CosmicSlot review ends where the facts do: swerve.
CosmicSlot review: what a 451 means
Status 451 is the web's way of saying a page is being withheld because of a legal demand or restriction, usually tied to where the visitor is. Casinos use it to shut out countries their licence or their lawyers tell them to avoid. We respected it. For a player, a 451 is a plain message from the operator: not here. Any account opened by disguising a location can be closed and its balance voided under typical casino terms.
The reported licence
AskGamblers lists Fortuna Games N.V. as the operator, under the Curacao Gaming Control Board: Curacao Gaming Control Board (per AskGamblers; not verified). A Canadian review on gambling.com covers the brand too. No source names Ireland as restricted, but the terms, which would settle it, could not be read, so Irish acceptance is unconfirmed.
CosmicSlot casino and Irish rules
CosmicSlot appears on neither Irish list, Revenue's old register or the GRAI's new one. There is no Irish online casino licence yet; gaming licensing is expected to begin in early 2027. An Irish player at a Curacao casino has no Irish regulator to turn to. The licensing guide explains that, and our casino rankings stick to brands with stronger foreign licences.
CosmicSlot promo code and no deposit bonus
A few Irish searches a month ask for a CosmicSlot promo code or no deposit bonus. Nothing is verified; a sourced offer would appear here: . No app or withdrawal time is on record. Slot-led casinos tend to lean on free spins offers, and the catch is usually in two places: a cap on what the spins can win, and wagering on those winnings before cash-out. Without the terms, neither can be checked here.
JettBet, the likely sister
AskGamblers names the same company, Fortuna Games N.V., behind JettBet. See our JettBet review; the sister sites guide explains why a shared licence holder is the test.
Verdict
Swerve. A site that withholds itself, a licence on hearsay and nothing Irish behind it. Its form line says as much, and we carry no link.

Readers' questions
- Why does CosmicSlot say unavailable for legal reasons?
- That is HTTP 451, sent when a site withholds content for legal reasons, usually tied to the visitor's location. It means the operator is not serving that connection.
- Who owns CosmicSlot?
- AskGamblers names Fortuna Games N.V. with a Curacao licence. The operator's own pages could not be read to confirm it.
