Elitbet Review: Two Brands, Neither Aimed at Ireland

Elitbet is not an option for Irish players: the licensed Elitbet is a Bulgarian domestic sportsbook and casino aimed at Bulgarian residents, and it holds no Irish licence. This short Elitbet review exists because the name draws searches in Ireland and two different businesses answer to it.

Elitbet review: which Elitbet?

The first is run by Stel Bet OOD under licences from Bulgaria's National Revenue Agency, recorded here as Bulgaria National Revenue Agency licences 000030-3786 and 000030-9556 (elitbet.bg). It is a domestic operator for a domestic market, with nothing on record suggesting it takes customers from Ireland.

The second is a Turkish-language site using the same name and citing a Curacao company, Was International N.V. It is unrelated to the Bulgarian business, and its Curacao reference was not checked with any regulator.

Where that leaves Elitbet casino and bonus searches

Neither brand appears on Revenue's legacy list or the GRAI register, so neither can take bets in Ireland under Irish rules. We hold no bonus, promo code, app or withdrawal details for an Irish customer, because there is no Irish product to describe. Our licensing guide explains how to check a bookmaker on the register, and the betting section lists firms that are on it.
