Fugu Casino Review: A Curacao Licence and a Moving Address
Fugu Casino holds a Curacao licence through GALAKTIKA N.V., but its main address forwards to a numbered domain. Two warning signs for an Irish player in one.

Fugu Casino is an offshore casino with no Irish licence, operating under a Curacao licence held by GALAKTIKA N.V. This Fugu Casino review advises Irish players to keep clear, for two reasons: the licence gives them no protection at home, and the brand's own address does not stay put.
Fugu Casino review: the licence
Several independent sources give the same Curacao Gaming Authority licence, issued on 28 October 2024 to GALAKTIKA N.V.: Curacao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/169/0146 (issued 28 October 2024). Claims on other pages of British or French licences are unsupported and should be ignored. A Curacao licence routes complaints to Curacao, not to any body in Ireland, where no casino licence has yet been issued; the GRAI expects to start licensing gaming in early 2027.
The address problem
The brand's main domain forwards to a different address carrying a number, and that address refused our requests. Numbered, rotating domains are a pattern often seen when a casino's sites are blocked in some countries, and they make it hard for a player to know which site is the real one. We do not publish such addresses and will not. A casino that cannot hold a stable official domain gives a player little to anchor a complaint to. It also leaves room for copycats: when the real address keeps changing, a fake one is harder to spot.
Irish players, bonus and payments
The restricted list quoted by one large casino directory names France, Cyprus and Curacao among others, not Ireland, so Irish sign-ups are probably accepted. No no deposit bonus or promo code is verified, and no payment methods or withdrawal times can be confirmed from the operator. Our no deposit bonus guide explains why exclusive codes advertised on forums rarely survive contact with the terms.
Fugu Casino verdict
Swerve. Offshore, no Irish licence, no Irish protection, disputes ending in Curacao, and an official address that cannot be pinned down. Its form line is among the weakest we carry. No link. Casinos under Malta or British licences are listed in the casino section, and our licensing guide explains why that difference matters.

Readers' questions
- Who holds the Fugu Casino licence?
- GALAKTIKA N.V., under a Curacao Gaming Authority licence issued on 28 October 2024, according to several independent sources.
- Why does the Fugu Casino address change?
- Its main domain forwards to a numbered domain. That pattern makes the official site hard to identify, which is a warning sign in itself.
- Is there a Fugu Casino no deposit bonus?
- None verified. Offers on forums could not be matched to the operator's terms.
- Does Fugu Casino accept Irish players?
- Probably. The restricted list quoted by one large directory leaves Ireland out, but the official domain was not confirmed and the operator's terms could not be read.
