Legendplay Review: It Shuts Out Malta and Sweden, Not Ireland

Legendplay's rules bar players from Britain, Malta, Sweden and the Netherlands but not from Ireland. The site names no operator or licence; a directory points to Rabidi N.V. in Curacao. Swerve.

Legendplay: review

Legendplay is an online casino with no Irish licence, and its own site names neither the company that runs it nor a licence of any kind. This Legendplay review rates it a swerve; the operator name we have, Rabidi N.V. under a Curacao licence, comes from an affiliate directory rather than the casino.

Legendplay review: the excluded countries

Section 2.3 of the casino's rules lists the countries it will not serve, including the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Malta and Sweden. Those are, broadly, places with active online regulators that block unlicensed casinos. Ireland is not on the list. Read that the right way round: Legendplay accepts Irish players because Ireland has not yet licensed casino gaming, not because anyone here has approved it. GRAI gaming licences are expected in early 2027, and our licensing guide covers the timetable.

Who runs Legendplay?

The site does not say. An affiliate directory names Rabidi N.V., a Curacao company, and our record holds that claim as unconfirmed: Curacao (per affiliate directory; not stated on the site). Rabidi N.V. also appears in our operator file against Cazimbo and CrownPlay, both offshore swerves. That is as close as we can get to a Legendplay sister sites list.

A casino that publishes a rulebook but leaves out the operator's name is asking players to trust a brand rather than a company. When a dispute arises, a brand cannot be taken to a regulator.

Is Legendplay legit?

It is a working casino with published rules, and when our researchers first tried the site it refused the connection outright before the rules page later loaded. Nothing we found shows it has failed to pay anyone. Equally, nothing on its own pages tells an Irish player who holds the money, which licence governs the account, or where to complain. Legit, for this desk, starts with those three answers, and Legendplay gives none of them. Rabidi's other brands rest on Curacao permits that third parties report and we could not check, which does not move the dial.

Legendplay bonus, app and payouts

No welcome offer, promo code, no deposit bonus or app was confirmed for Legendplay, and payout times are unknown. For what to look for in any casino offer, see our bonuses guide.

Legendplay verdict

An unnamed operator, a licence known only from a directory and no Irish protection. We do not link to it. Adults only, 18+. Our responsible gambling page lists Irish services that help free of charge.
