Lizaro Review: A Casino on Other Countries' Blacklists
Regulators in at least seven European countries and Colombia have blacklisted Lizaro domains. Ireland is not among them, which is no endorsement. Offshore, no Irish licence, swerve.

Lizaro is an offshore casino with no Irish licence and no operator named on its own pages, and this Lizaro review advises Irish players to avoid it. Third-party pages mostly say Curacao; regulators in several other countries have gone further and blacklisted its domains.
Lizaro review: the licence question
No regulator's register in our research lists Lizaro. The visible part of its homepage shows no company or licence, and its terms returned an error. Third-party pages mostly cite a Curacao licence, one giving a number, while others claim a UK or Costa Rica connection that contradicts the rest. On file: Curacao (third-party claims cite 365/JAZ; not verified). We treat it as unverified offshore.
Where Lizaro is blacklisted
Gambling regulators keep lists of sites that take local players without a local licence. Lizaro domains appear on the lists of Hungary, Czechia, Greece, Italy, Switzerland and Slovakia among others in Europe, and of Colombia. No source puts Ireland on that roll. Irish powers against unlicensed operators, including High Court orders to block their sites and payments, only commenced in February 2026, and we have seen no published Irish list of blocked casinos.
An Irish player should read that list as a forecast, not a footnote. Casinos that collect blacklistings tend to move between domains, and accounts, balances and bonus terms do not always move with them.
Lizaro and Ireland
No online casino holds an Irish licence yet; the GRAI licenses betting today and expects to open gaming licensing in early 2027. Until then, foreign regulators carry the weight, and Lizaro does not have a credible one in view. An Irish player in a dispute would have no Irish body to turn to and, on this evidence, no foreign one either. Our licensing explainer lays out the stages.
Lizaro bonus, promo code and withdrawals
Searches for a Lizaro casino bonus, promo code or no deposit offer find nothing we can stand over. Offer on file: . The site has a payments page, but its contents were not readable, so we cannot name methods or payout times. No app listing was confirmed. Our bonuses guide explains what to check in any offer.
Is Lizaro legit?
A casino that does not name its operator and is blocked by regulators in several countries does not pass our test. The licence figure in its form line is the worst on our scale.
