Paddy Power App: Which One to Download in Ireland
There is more than one app under the Paddy Power name, and only the sportsbook sits under the Irish betting licence. Get it from the official stores, never from a file passed around online.

- On Android, open Google Play and search for the same name. The listing link: .
- Check the publisher name on the listing before installing, so a look-alike app is not mistaken for the real one.

Why not an APK from elsewhere
A search for a Paddy Power app download APK turns up files hosted on sites with no connection to the operator. An APK from outside Google Play can carry altered code, and an app that is not the official build gives you no route to the Irish regulator if money goes missing. There is no good reason to sideload a betting app that the official store already carries.
The Games app is a different product
Paddy Power Games is listed separately on Google Play in Ireland. It is the part of the business that the GRAI licence does not reach: gaming licensing is expected to start in early 2027, and until then casino products run on the operator's other licences. We could not confirm which licence covers Irish players inside the Games app. A complaint about it would not go to the GRAI.
Poker, Onside and calculator apps
Searches for a Paddy Power poker app, an Onside app and a Paddy Power calculator app are steady. We found no current source confirming any of the three as an Irish listing in October 2026, and we will not point readers at old download pages. For working out returns, our bet calculator runs in the browser and handles each-way and multiples.
Payments and cash out in the app
The app takes the same payment methods as the website, listed in the main review; on an iPhone, Apple Pay is among them. Cash out appears on many bookmakers' bet slips, but we did not find a current Paddy Power source setting out its rules for Irish customers, so check the help pages before counting on it in a given market.
Before you bet on the phone
An app makes betting quicker, which is the point and also the risk. 18+ only. Use the limits the app offers, and see our responsible gambling page for support in Ireland. For the full picture on the firm, the Paddy Power review covers the licence, racing and terms; our betting apps ranking sets it against other licensed bookies.
