Two casino directories give RollXO two different Curacao companies and two different licence numbers. Neither is Irish, neither was verified, and the verdict is swerve.

RollXO casino: review

RollXO Casino is an offshore casino with no Irish licence and not one we recommend; this RollXO Casino review ends where it starts, on swerve. The only licences linked to it are Curacao ones, and the two directories that list them disagree about who the operator is.

Who runs RollXO: the two versions

One casino directory names Dama N.V. (Curacao, company 152125) operating under the Antillephone licence 8048/JAZ. Another names Stable Tech N.V. under Curacao licence OGL/2024/161/0191, says the brand was established in 2024 and lists both casino and sports betting. Our desk could not settle it: the official site showed a restricted-region page to our network and its terms returned an access error.

The disagreement matters in a practical way. A complaint has to go to a named company under a named licence. If even the directories cannot agree on those, a player in a dispute starts on the back foot.

Is RollXO Casino legit in Ireland?

RollXO has no Irish licence. It is not on the GRAI register or the old Revenue list of remote bookmakers, which matters for its sportsbook: since 1 July 2026 online betting offered to Ireland needs a GRAI licence. For the casino, no operator holds an Irish gaming licence yet, as the GRAI expects to begin gaming licensing in early 2027, but a Curacao licence still leaves an Irish player without any Irish protection. Disputes go to Curacao, if anywhere. Our licensing guide sets out the difference between foreign regulators.

No source we hold lists Ireland as a restricted country. That is not the same as confirming RollXO accepts Irish players; the terms were never readable.

RollXO bonus, promo code and app

People search for a RollXO promo code, a no deposit bonus and an app. We give none. No offer, payment method or app listing is confirmed, and an offshore bonus comes with terms no Irish body will enforce. Offers from operators with a regulator worth the name are on our bonus pages.

RollXO Casino sister sites

Both companies named for RollXO appear elsewhere in our files. Dama N.V. is named for Spirit Casino and several other offshore brands; Stable Tech N.V. for Hollywin and Joo Casino. Given the conflict, treat either grouping as unconfirmed.

RollXO Casino review: the verdict

Swerve. Two conflicting licence records and unreadable terms leave nothing to set against the missing Irish licence. No link from us.
