Spinanga Casino Review: No Licence Named Anywhere
Spinanga's footer and terms name no company, no regulator and no licence number. It appears to accept Irish residents anyway, with no Irish or EU licence behind it. Swerve.

Spinanga casino names no operating company, regulator or licence number in the footer or terms text we could read, and it holds no Irish licence. This Spinanga casino review is short because the facts are, and the verdict is swerve.
Its rules page does at least say who is turned away. Section 2.3, the Excluded Jurisdictions list, includes the UK but not Ireland, so Irish residents appear to be accepted. That is a casino willing to take Irish deposits without any Irish or EU licence behind it. The footer also links to an affiliate programme, 7StarPartners, which is a marketing arrangement, not a regulator.
Spinanga casino review: what the terms reveal
Section 6.15 deals with withdrawals, which our file records as: Processed within 3 business days of request per terms s.6.15 (finance team Mon-Fri 6am-5pm GMT); verification can take about 10 days. In plain terms, payouts move on weekday office hours, and identity checks can stretch the wait further. Part of the terms was truncated when we read it, so other clauses, on bonuses and account closure among them, may matter as much.
The UK exclusion is telling. British players sit behind a regulator that pursues unlicensed sites, and Spinanga stays out of its way. In Ireland the gaming side of the new regime has not started, so Irish players have no Irish casino regulator to complain to.
Is Spinanga casino legit?
A casino that does not say who runs it gives a customer nobody to hold to account. Ireland has no online casino licence yet; the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland plans to begin gaming licensing in early 2027. Until then, the honest test is a Malta or Great Britain licence with a public register and a complaints route. Spinanga shows neither. Irish law gives its customers no protection, and there is no named foreign regulator to turn to. Our licensing guide has the background.
Spinanga bonus, promo code and app
No welcome offer, promo code, no deposit bonus or app is confirmed on our file: . A bonus from an unidentified operator cannot be enforced in any practical sense. Our bonus section shows what a fair offer looks like at a regulated site.
Spinanga sister sites
The affiliate link in the footer suggests a wider stable of brands, but without an operator name there is nothing firm to list. Confirmed groups are on our sister sites page.
Spinanga: the verdict
Swerve. Here the weak licence figure in its form line means no licence found at all. Over-18s only (18+). For free support in Ireland, see our safer gambling page.
