Spinko Review: An Anjouan Seal and Not Much Else
Spinko shows an Anjouan licence seal but no operator name or licence number, and a check against the Anjouan validator did not come back clean. No Irish licence. Swerve.

Spinko is an offshore casino with no Irish licence, and this Spinko review advises against it. The site carries an Anjouan licence seal but shows no operator name and no licence number, and when the Anjouan Gaming validator was queried with the Spinko domain it reported the operating status as invalid.
The seal and the validator
That validator result needs a fair reading. The tool may expect a licence ID rather than a domain, so an invalid result from a domain search is not proof that no licence exists. It is also not the clean confirmation a player wants. On file: Anjouan (Union of Comoros) seal displayed on site; licence number and holder not shown, and the Anjouan validator queried by domain returned 'INVALID'.
A seal is a picture with a link. What counts is the register behind it. A sound seal opens a page on the regulator's own site showing the company, the licence number and its status; if it does not, the seal proves nothing.
Three checks take a minute. Click the seal and note the address it opens: it should be the regulator's domain, not the casino's. Compare the company named there with the one in the casino's terms. Then confirm the status reads active. Spinko gave us nothing to compare at the second step, as no company is named on its pages.
Spinko and Irish players
We found no restricted-countries list, so Irish acceptance is assumed from the absence of a block rather than confirmed. Spinko is not on the GRAI register, and as a casino it could not be: Irish gaming licences are expected only from early 2027. Until then, Anjouan is the whole of its oversight, and Anjouan sits at the bottom of the scale. The licensing guide explains the stages.
Spinko no deposit bonus and offers
Searches for a Spinko casino no deposit bonus exist; we found nothing to confirm. On file: . Payment methods, withdrawal times and any app were not confirmed either. Before taking any free-spins offer, read our no deposit free spins guide; the cash-out cap usually decides what the offer is worth.
Is Spinko legit?
No operator name, no licence number and an unresolved validator check add up to no. Its form line carries the lowest licence mark we give. No sister brands are identifiable without a company name.
Spinko review: the bottom line
Swerve. There is nothing here we would link to. Casinos with a Malta or UK licence you can look up yourself are on our casinos page.
You must be 18+ to play. If a no deposit offer is the hook, ask whether you would deposit afterwards; our responsible gambling page has Irish support if the answer worries you.
Readers' questions
- Is Spinko licensed?
- It shows an Anjouan seal, but no operator name or licence number, and a validator check by domain returned invalid. It holds no Irish licence.
- Does Spinko accept players from Ireland?
- No restricted-countries list was found, so it probably does. That brings no Irish protection.
