Spinsy Review: Three Licence Stories and an Australian Block

Spinsy takes no Irish licence into the paddock, sources disagree on which foreign one it holds, and Australia's regulator has blocked it. We mark it as one to swerve.

Spinsy: review

The Spinsy review in brief: an offshore online casino with no Irish licence, whose paperwork most consistently points to a licence from Anjouan in the Comoros. Its general terms could not be read, third-party sources contradict each other on the licence, and Australia's communications regulator moved against it in late 2025, so we say swerve.

The site does exist and does trade: its promotions pages, including a weekend reload offer, are public. What is missing is the paperwork an Irish player would need to rely on it.

The Spinsy review, licence first

Three versions of the Spinsy licence circulate. Some pages say Curacao. Some say the Malta Gaming Authority. A casino database that tracks licences records Anjouan, and that is the version we treat as most likely. We could not settle it from the source: the operator's general terms page returned an access-denied error (HTTP 403) when the desk tried to read it on 29 October 2026.

When the claims disagree, assume the weakest is true until the operator shows otherwise. A Maltese licence would be printed proudly in the footer with a register link. Its absence from anything we could read is informative.

What an Anjouan licence means here

Anjouan is one of the islands of the Comoros, and its offshore finance authority has become a popular source of online casino licences in the past few years. For an Irish player the practical point is short. There is no Irish casino licence for anyone yet, as the GRAI expects to start gaming licensing in early 2027, but an Anjouan licence is not a step towards one. It gives no Irish complaint route and no Irish protection. Our guide to licensing in Ireland covers what the GRAI does license today.

The same database lists only one restricted country for Spinsy, and it is not Ireland. Ireland is also absent from the reported Anjouan exclusion list. Taken together, Spinsy appears to accept Irish players on an offshore basis, which is the reverse of reassuring.

Who is behind Spinsy

Investigative reporting has linked the brand to a company called NovaForge Ltd, described as running a group of offshore casinos aimed at Australian customers. We record that as reported, not confirmed, because we could not read a company name in the operator's own terms. Spinsy sister sites, if the reporting is right, would be the other NovaForge casinos; we name none until the operator does.

The Australian block

The Australian Communications and Media Authority added Spinsy to its blocked list in late 2025. That is a regulator acting against a brand for serving its residents without a licence. It has no legal effect in Ireland, but it is the kind of signal a punter should weigh: a regulator elsewhere looked at this operator and had it blocked.

Spinsy casino bonus, promo codes and free spins

Spinsy advertises casino promotions, and searches for a Spinsy bonus, promo code or no deposit bonus follow. Offers are not reproduced on a swerve page. Without the general terms, wagering rules, maximum bets and withdrawal caps on bonus winnings cannot be checked, and those are where offshore offers usually bite. For bonuses whose small print is public, see our bonuses section.

Spinsy app and withdrawals

We have no confirmed Spinsy app listing in an official Irish app store, so a "Spinsy app" offered as a downloadable file should be treated with suspicion. Withdrawal times, verification rules and limits are in the terms we could not open. If a payout is delayed, the route is the operator and then, at best, the Anjouan regulator. No Irish rule on limits or payment methods reaches an offshore site.

Is Spinsy legit for an Irish player?

It is a working casino, but not one we would send anyone to. Conflicting licence claims, an unreadable rulebook, reported links to a network blocked in Australia and no Irish cover add up to a swerve. The licence figure in its form line is the lowest we give.

Readers' questions

Which licence does Spinsy hold?
Sources conflict. A licence-tracking casino database records Anjouan, others claim Curacao or Malta. The operator's general terms returned an access error when the desk attempted to read them, so none is confirmed from the source.
Is Spinsy licensed in Ireland?
No. No online casino holds an Irish gaming licence yet, and Spinsy has no Irish licence of any kind.
Why was Spinsy blocked in Australia?
The Australian Communications and Media Authority added it to its blocked list in late 2025 as an unlicensed service to Australians. That decision has no legal force in Ireland but is a warning sign.
