The Clubhouse Casino Review: Irish Banners, Curacao Licence
The Clubhouse Casino courts Irish players openly, with banners aimed at Ireland, yet answers only to Curacao. Two licence references, one company in Willemstad and no Irish protection: swerve.

18+ only. Gambling can become a problem. Set a limit before you start. Help and support

The Clubhouse Casino is a Curacao-licensed online casino that markets itself directly to Ireland, and that combination is the whole story of this review. It accepts Irish players, it holds no Irish licence, and our verdict is swerve.
The site lists Ireland among the places it serves and runs banners pitched at Irish visitors. Ireland is also missing from the restricted-countries list in clause 2.4 of its terms. None of that makes it answerable to an Irish regulator. Play anywhere, here included, is for over-18s only (18+).
The company behind The Clubhouse Casino
The footer names Dama N.V., registered at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao, company number 152125. That is the entity holding player balances and the one any complaint would have to name. The site's own description gives its launch year as 2019.
Two licence references, one jurisdiction
The site cites two Curacao references. The footer shows an e-gaming licence issued through Antillephone N.V., one of the older master-licence holders that sub-licensed many casinos. The site description cites a newer licence from the Curacao Gaming Control Board. Full references on file: Curacao e-gaming licence 8048/JAZ2020-13 issued by Antillephone N.V. (per site footer); the site description also cites Curacao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2023/174/0082.
Two references are not twice the protection. Both lead back to Curacao, and neither is an Irish licence. The GRAI has issued no gaming licence to anyone yet and expects to start in early 2027; until then an Irish casino player chooses between stronger and weaker foreign regulators, and Curacao sits near the weak end. The licensing explainer sets out the gap.
Is The Clubhouse Casino legit for Irish players?
It appears to be a real business with a named company and published licence details, which is more than some offshore brands manage. Legit in the Irish sense it is not. It is not on the GRAI register, it is not on the old Revenue list, and a dispute over a withdrawal or a closed account would go to the operator and then to Curacao. No Irish body can order it to pay.
Games and live casino
The operator confirms both a casino and a live casino. We hold no confirmed provider list, game count or table limits, and we do not pad the gap with guesses. A live dealer table looks the same on a Curacao site as on a Malta one; the difference shows only when something goes wrong.
The Clubhouse Casino bonus, promo code and no deposit offers
Searches for a no deposit bonus and a promo code turn up regularly. Our file holds no confirmed welcome offer or code: . The offer, payment methods and limits were not checked in detail, so we print nothing about wagering or caps.
A working rule for any offshore bonus: read the maximum cashout and the wagering terms before the headline figure, and assume nobody outside the operator will enforce them on your behalf. Our bonus guide covers what fair terms look like.
The Clubhouse Casino app and withdrawals
No app for The Clubhouse Casino appears in our records for the App Store or Google Play. Withdrawal times, minimums and payment methods are unconfirmed; the field on file reads . Expect identity checks before a first payout, as at any casino, and expect them to run on the operator's timetable rather than yours.
Sister sites of The Clubhouse Casino
Dama N.V. is the name to trace. Other casinos showing the same company in their footer share its terms culture and its Curacao exposure, whatever the branding. Older sources, for instance, name Dama N.V. as a past owner of betandplay. Our sister sites page explains how to read a footer.
The Clubhouse Casino review: the verdict
Swerve. Marketing aimed at Irish players by a Curacao licensee is exactly the activity the GRAI's new enforcement powers, including court orders against the payments and websites of unlicensed operators, are built to reach. Until a casino holds a licence an Irish regulator can enforce, keep your money elsewhere. If gambling is doing harm, start with our responsible gambling page.
