Winbeatz Review: A Curacao Footer and an Unlicensed Sportsbook
Winbeatz names Terdersoft B.V. and a legacy Curacao licence in its own site files, and runs a sportsbook with no GRAI licence. No Irish protection on either side: swerve.

Winbeatz is a casino and sportsbook citing a Curacao licence we could not verify, and it holds no Irish licence for either. This Winbeatz review gives it a swerve: the operator, Terdersoft B.V., and the licence are named only in a footer string inside the site's own translation file, and the betting side would need a GRAI licence it does not hold.
Winbeatz review: what the footer says
The site served a not-allowed page to our research, so the footer text came from its English language file instead. It names Terdersoft B.V., a Curacao company, and cites a legacy Curacao master licence: Curacao (site translation file cites legacy master licence 5536/JAZ; a scan site cites Curacao Gaming Control Board; not verified). A security scan site mentions the Curacao Gaming Control Board instead. Neither could be confirmed against a register.
The word legacy matters. A footer still quoting an old Curacao master licence reference may simply be out of date, or may mean the operator holds nothing newer. From the outside we could not tell which, and a punter cannot either.
The site configuration shows sportsbook and live casino sections next to the casino. Its terms load dynamically, and the restricted-countries list was not read, so whether Winbeatz accepts players from Ireland is unconfirmed.
The sportsbook problem
For the casino, the position is the same as for every brand: no Irish gaming licences exist before early 2027. The sportsbook is different. Online bookmakers serving Ireland have needed a GRAI remote betting licence since 1 July 2026, and Winbeatz is not on the register.
