Winningz Review: A Tobique Seal and Little Else

Winningz is an online casino whose licence could not be confirmed: the only clue is a script on its homepage that loads licence data for the Tobique Gaming Commission, with no readable number or holder, and it has no Irish licence. This Winningz review stops at watch. 18+.

Reading the licence seal

Many casinos show a licence seal that links to a validation page. Winningz's code fetches "Tobique license data" through a third-party seal service, which points to a Tobique Gaming Commission licence. Because the page renders by script, our researchers could not read the licence number, the company holding it or the site's restricted countries. Licence on file: Tobique (site script loads Tobique licence data via a DLAG seal; number not read).

Is Winningz legit for players in Ireland?

Not on the evidence available. It is absent from the GRAI register and the old Revenue list, Irish acceptance is unconfirmed, and the licence, if confirmed, would come from a body outside the EU and UK systems. No casino holds an Irish licence in any case; the GRAI expects to start gaming licensing in early 2027. Our licensing guide has more.

What a Tobique licence would mean

If the seal is genuine, a complaint about Winningz would go first to the operator and then to the Tobique Gaming Commission, a body with no standing in Ireland and no link to EU regulators. That is a long way from the GRAI, which can fine its own licensees up to EUR 20 million or 10% of turnover. Without the licence number, even the Tobique route cannot be confirmed.

Winningz casino and no deposit bonus

A casino is the one product the record supports. Searches for a Winningz no deposit bonus get the same answer as every other offer query: nothing confirmed (). Without readable terms, wagering, caps and eligible games are unknown, which makes any bonus impossible to value. See our bonus guide for what to check.

Winningz app, payments and sister sites

No app or withdrawal details are on file, and no payment methods either. A seal service shared by many casinos is no evidence of common ownership, so we name no sister sites; sister sites explained shows the better test.
