x3bet Review: A New Brunswick Licence and Nothing Irish
x3bet is listed under a Tobique Gaming Commission licence, its site refused our check and its terms went unread. No Irish licence, no Irish recourse: swerve.

x3bet is an offshore casino with no Irish licence. A casino database lists it under the Tobique Gaming Commission of New Brunswick, Canada, with a company called Mediona as operator, and the site itself refused the desk's check on 29 October 2026, so this x3bet review ends in a swerve.
x3bet review: two licence stories
An earlier third-party review said x3bet held a Curacao eGaming licence. The more recent database entry says Tobique. Neither could be confirmed against the operator's footer, because the official site returned an access-denied error, and its terms were not read either.
The Tobique Gaming Commission licenses online gambling from a First Nation in New Brunswick. Whatever its standing in Canada, it is not an Irish licence and it gives a player in Ireland no Irish route to a complaint. Ireland does not yet license any casino: GRAI gaming licensing is expected in early 2027. Our licensing guide explains where that leaves casino players today.
Does x3bet take Irish players?
Probably. The database entry records 199 allowed countries, and no source we found lists Ireland as restricted. Being allowed in is not the same as being protected. An offshore site sets its own withdrawal limits, verification steps and bonus rules, and can change them.
Why a changing licence story matters
Licences do change hands, and an operator can move from one regulator to another for ordinary business reasons. The problem is when the move is visible only in third-party listings and not on the casino's own pages. A player who signed up believing one regulator stood behind the site may find, at the point of a dispute, that another one does, or none. The fix is the same every time: read the footer on the day you register and keep a copy of the terms.
Promo codes, bonuses and the app
We print no x3bet promo code or bonus; the rules behind any offer were unreadable anyway. There is no confirmed x3bet app in an official Irish store.
Is x3bet legit? Verdict
Licence claims that change from one source to the next, a site that would not open and terms we could not read: that is a swerve, and the form line in the box shows it. For casinos operating under a European licence, see our casino rankings.
