No Wagering Casino Offers: How to Read Them and Where to Look
A no wagering offer pays winnings as cash, with no playthrough. They exist, they are smaller than the headline bonuses, and we have not confirmed one running for Irish players at the brands we rank.

18+ only. Gambling can become a problem. Set a limit before you start. Help and support

A no wagering casino pays out whatever you win from a bonus or free spins as cash, with no requirement to stake it again before withdrawing. At the time of writing we have not confirmed a standing no wagering offer for Irish players at any brand on our card, so this page does two jobs: it shows how to spot a genuine one, and it lists the casinos open to Ireland whose terms are written plainly enough to check.
No casino in this list is licensed in Ireland. Gaming licences from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland are expected from early 2027; until then each brand's bonus terms are policed, if at all, by a regulator in Malta, Great Britain or Gibraltar.

An empty cell means we have no Irish offer on file for that brand, not that there is none. Offers are for customers aged 18+; if a bonus is the reason you are depositing, our safer gambling page is worth five minutes first.
What a no wagering casino offer means, in arithmetic
Wagering requirements are the number of times you must stake a bonus, or the winnings from it, before it turns into withdrawable cash. Take a EUR 20 bonus with 35x wagering. You must place EUR 700 in bets (20 times 35) before cashing out. On a slot with a published return to player of 96%, the expected cost of staking EUR 700 is 4% of it, which is EUR 28. The bonus is worth EUR 20. On average, then, the bonus costs more to clear than it gives you, and that is before any maximum cash-out cap.
The multiple is what decides it. At 10x the same EUR 20 bonus needs EUR 200 of stakes, an expected cost of EUR 8, which leaves EUR 12 of value on average. Lower multiples are fairer; no multiple at all is the cleanest of the lot.
Now take ten free spins at EUR 0.10 each with no wagering. The stake value is EUR 1. Whatever those spins return is paid as cash. The headline is far smaller; the value per euro of headline is far higher. That trade-off is the whole case for the no wagering casino bonus.
Four kinds of offer sold as no wagering
- No wagering free spins. The commonest form: spins on a named slot, winnings paid as cash. See our page on no wagering free spins.
- No wagering deposit bonus. Rare, because it is expensive for the casino. Usually small, often capped.
- Cashback paid as cash. A percentage of net losses returned without playthrough. Read whether it is cash or bonus funds.
- No deposit, no wagering. The scarcest of all, and usually limited to a few spins with a low cap on winnings.
Small print that turns a no wagering offer into something else
The phrase "no wagering" sometimes covers only part of the deal. Check these lines in the bonus terms:
- Maximum win. A cap of a few euro on free spin winnings is common. It is still no wagering, but the ceiling matters.
- Eligible games. Spins are tied to one slot. A deposit bonus may exclude table games and live casino.
- Expiry. Spins left unused after a set period vanish.
- Deposit before withdrawal. Some sites require a deposit before releasing no deposit winnings.
- Payment method exclusions. Deposits by certain e-wallets sometimes do not qualify.
No wagering bingo and slot sites
Bingo sites were early adopters of cash-paid offers, and Lucky Pants Bingo, which leads the card, runs bingo, slots, Slingo and casino under one Gibraltar-licensed account. The bingo section covers that side in more depth. For slot sites, the useful filter is the return to player of the game the spins are tied to: ten spins on a 96% slot are worth more, on average, than ten on a 94% one.
Will Irish rules change bonuses?
Probably. The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 forbids a licensee from offering an inducement to a person or a specific group and lets the Minister restrict or ban offers to the public at large. Free spins and bonuses fall within the Act's definition of an inducement. Those sections were not among the provisions commenced by October 2026, and they will bind casinos only once the GRAI licenses gaming. Until then, the bonus terms you accept are governed by the casino's foreign licence.
Readers' questions
- Is a no wagering bonus really free money?
- It is cash once paid, but the stake value is usually small and winnings may be capped. It is better value per euro than a large bonus with heavy playthrough, not a source of income.
- What is a fair wagering requirement?
- Lower is better, and none is best. At 35x on a 96% slot, the expected cost of clearing a bonus exceeds the bonus itself, which is why we treat high multiples as a reason to decline.
- Do any casinos licensed in Ireland offer no wagering bonuses?
- No casino is licensed in Ireland yet. Brands open to Irish players run under foreign licences, and their bonus terms follow those regulators until GRAI gaming licences arrive.
- Can I withdraw no wagering free spin winnings straight away?
- Usually, once identity checks are complete. Some casinos ask for a first deposit before paying out no deposit winnings, so read that clause first.
