Prepaid vouchers
Paysafecard Casinos: Cash Vouchers, Fixed Limits, Awkward Payouts
A paysafecard voucher is cash with a PIN: no bank details, no overspend beyond its value, and usually no way to be paid back to it. Plan the withdrawal before the deposit.

A paysafecard casino accepts a prepaid voucher bought for cash: you type the 16-digit PIN into the cashier and the value moves across, with no card or bank account involved. Among casino brands in our files Lucky Pants Bingo lists paysafecard; among GRAI-licensed bookmakers bet365, BoyleSports, Ladbrokes, Unibet and Bet Master list it, and Paddy Power lists Paysafe.
The voucher is good at one thing, putting a hard ceiling on a deposit, and bad at another, carrying winnings home. Both points shape which sites make sense.

Lucky Pants Bingo leads because paysafecard is in its own payment list and its terms say it serves the Republic of Ireland. 32Red Casino, Quinn Casino, Karamba Casino and Playzee are ranked on licence and company; we could not read their cashiers, so check that the paysafecard option is live for an Irish account. Not one of them is an Irish-licensed casino, for the simple reason that Ireland does not issue casino licences yet.
Best paysafecard casino choices and their licences
Lucky Pants Bingo is run by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commission. It carries bingo, slots, Slingo and live casino, which suits players who arrived here looking for bingo sites that accept paysafecard. Playzee is a White Hat Gaming brand serving non-British customers under the Malta Gaming Authority. 32Red Casino and Quinn Casino sit in groups the GRAI has licensed for betting; that licence stops at the sportsbook. Karamba Casino, an Aspire Global brand, cites Malta and Great Britain licences for its casino. Details are in our Lucky Pants Bingo and Playzee reviews.
How a paysafecard deposit works
- Buy a voucher in a shop that sells top-ups, for cash. You receive a printed 16-digit PIN.
- Choose paysafecard in the casino cashier and enter the amount.
- Type the PIN in the paysafecard window. If the voucher holds more than the deposit, the rest stays on the PIN for later.
- Several PINs can usually be combined in one payment, up to the limits set by paysafecard and the operator.
Treat the PIN like cash. Anyone who has it can spend it, and a stranger asking for one by phone or message to pay a fine, a fee or a prize release is running a scam.
The withdrawal problem
A voucher cannot receive money. When you win at a paysafecard casino, the operator needs another route: a bank transfer, a debit card, an e-wallet, or a my paysafecard account where the operator supports payouts to it. Each of those means identity checks, and the bank details must be in your name. Players who chose paysafecard for privacy find that the privacy ends at the first withdrawal. Sort out the payout method and upload documents before winnings are waiting, not after.
Paysafecard as a spending limit
The real case for a voucher is control. A EUR 20 voucher is a EUR 20 night; there is no overdraft behind it and no saved card to tap again at midnight. Some players buy one voucher a week as a budget and stop when it is spent. That works better than any promise to yourself. It still helps to set a deposit limit inside the account, which licensed bookmakers must offer under section 164 of the 2024 Act.
Paysafe, paysafecard and the wallets
People search for a paysafe casino and mean the voucher. Paysafe is the group behind paysafecard, Skrill and Neteller; paysafecard is the cash voucher. When Paddy Power's payment list says Paysafe, read its cashier to see which of those products it means for your account.
Paysafecard slots, bonuses and the small print
Paysafecard works for slots, bingo and table games alike; the method does not change the game. It may change the offer. Some operators exclude voucher deposits from welcome bonuses, others set a different minimum. Where a confirmed offer exists for a brand it appears through our data, for example at Lucky Pants Bingo; a blank means we hold nothing confirmed for Irish players. Read the full terms on the operator's site before you deposit.
A note on offshore voucher casinos
Offshore casinos like vouchers because cash leaves no bank trail. Sites licensed in Curacao or Anjouan hold no Irish licence, offer an Irish player no protection, and are left off our cards entirely. Our page on who is licensed in Ireland explains the difference.
Vouchers are sold to adults for good reason: gambling is 18+, and every site above checks age before paying out. If a weekly voucher has started to become two, the support listed on our safer gambling page is free and confidential.
Readers' questions
- Which betting sites take paysafecard in Ireland?
- In our files bet365, BoyleSports, Ladbrokes, Unibet and Bet Master list paysafecard, and Paddy Power lists Paysafe. All hold GRAI remote betting licences. For casino play, Lucky Pants Bingo lists it under a Gibraltar licence.
- Can I withdraw winnings to paysafecard?
- Not to a voucher. Operators pay out by bank transfer, debit card or e-wallet, and some support payouts to a my paysafecard account. Expect identity checks first.
- Are there bingo sites that accept paysafecard?
- Lucky Pants Bingo lists paysafecard and makes its service available in the Republic of Ireland. It is licensed in Gibraltar, not in Ireland.
- Is paysafecard anonymous at a casino?
- For the deposit, largely yes. The operator still has to verify your identity and age before paying out, so the account is not anonymous.
