Bingo Liner is an online bingo and casino site run by Ellipse Entertainment Limited, which states an Alderney licence but places its games of chance under a Curacao master licence, 8048/JAZ, with Curacao as governing law. It has no Irish licence, and this Bingo Liner review rates it swerve.
Bingo Liner review: two licences, one governing law
The terms, seen in search snippets and partly dated, name Ellipse Entertainment Limited with Alderney Gambling Control Commission licences 145 C1 and C2. Alderney is a respectable regulator. But the same terms say the games run under the Curacao master licence and that disputes are governed by Curacao law, which is where a complaint would end up. We did not verify the Alderney licence on the commission's register.

Bingo Liner in Ireland
The FAQ refers to a list of prohibited countries that was not visible when we looked, so whether Bingo Liner takes Irish customers is unconfirmed. Ireland has no bingo or casino licence to offer yet; the GRAI expects gaming licensing in early 2027. A site that could take Irish deposits under Curacao law leaves an Irish player with no Irish route for a complaint. Our bingo section covers sites with stronger foreign licences.
Bingo Liner promo code and bonus
Bingoliner promo code searches are the most common after the name itself. We publish no code and no offer: none could be matched to current terms. Bingo bonuses in general come with wagering and caps; our bonus guide explains how to read them.
Bingo Liner app and withdrawals
No app listing is on our file, and payout times and methods are unconfirmed. Under the terms' Curacao governing law, a withdrawal dispute is settled on the operator's own rules first and, beyond that, in Curacao. That is a long way from a bingo hall in Ireland.
Is Bingo Liner legit?
A named company and an Alderney licence on paper are more than many offshore sites show. The Curacao law clause and the invisible country list pull the form line down, and the verdict is swerve. There is no link to the site here.
