Casinia Review: A Casino That Names No Licence

Casinia's footer and terms name no company, regulator or licence number that we could find, yet Ireland is missing from its excluded list. That pairing earns a swerve.

Casinia: review

Casinia appears to accept Irish players, but it names no operator, regulator or licence in any text we could read. This Casinia review treats it as offshore: no Irish licence, no Irish protection, and a verdict of swerve.

Casinia casino: what the terms say and leave out

The rules page lists excluded jurisdictions in section 2.3. The United Kingdom and the Netherlands are on it. Ireland is not, so Irish residents look welcome. Both excluded countries license and police online casinos closely; draw your own conclusions about which markets a casino chooses to step away from.

What the footer lacks is the part that matters: a company name, a licence number, a regulator's seal. Our copy of the terms was truncated in places, so a clause may exist that we did not see. A licence worth having is not normally hidden. The footer does link to an affiliate programme, 7StarPartners, which tells you who markets the casino rather than who regulates it.

Casinia withdrawal terms

Withdrawals are the one area with real detail. From section 6.15 of the terms: Processed within 3 business days of request per terms s.6.15 (finance team Mon-Fri 6am-5pm GMT); verification can take about 10 days. Put simply, requests are processed within three business days by a finance team that works Monday to Friday, 6am to 5pm GMT, and identity verification on top can take about ten days. A Friday evening request therefore waits for the weekend to pass before the clock starts.

If you are set on a fast payout, Casinia's own numbers rule it out. Our fast withdrawal casinos page compares brands under named licences.

The footer shows Visa, Mastercard and Interac icons. Interac is a Canadian bank-transfer network, which hints at the audience the site was built for. On cards, Irish law is specific: section 165 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 bans credit cards and other credit for gambling with Irish licensees. Casinia is not one, so nothing stops it accepting a credit card. That is a protection lost, not a convenience gained. A debit card keeps you spending your own money.

Casinia bonus, no deposit offers and free spins

There is search interest in a Casinia casino no deposit bonus, free spins and promo codes. We list none. Bonus terms at a casino with no identifiable regulator are enforced by the casino alone, including any decision that a bonus was "abused". Offer on file, for completeness: .

Where a Casinia complaint would go

Picture the usual dispute: a withdrawal refused because a bonus term was said to be broken, or an account closed during verification. At a Maltese or British casino the next step after the operator is that regulator's complaints process or an approved dispute service. At Casinia there is no named regulator to escalate to, and the GRAI has no remit over a casino it does not license. The only remedy left is the casino's own customer service, which is also the party you are complaining about. Chargebacks through a card issuer are possible in theory and slow in practice.

Is Casinia legit?

We cannot say who is legally behind it, which settles the question for our purposes. A business that takes deposits from Irish residents without naming itself leaves a player with no one to complain to: no Irish regulator, and no foreign one we can identify either. No app and no sister sites are confirmed.

For context on why online casinos have no Irish licence at all yet, see our licensing guide; casinos operating under Maltese or British licences are ranked in the casinos section.

Casinia review: the verdict

Swerve, and no link from us. The licence column of its form line sits at the foot of the scale.
