Casinova Review: A 2024 Casino With an Anjouan Licence on Hearsay
Casinova's own terms leave Ireland off the excluded list, while its footer names no licence. The operator and the Anjouan licence come from review sites, not from Casinova.

Casinova is an offshore casino with no Irish licence. Its rules accept Irish residents, its footer names no licence, and the operator usually given for it, NovaForge Ltd under an Anjouan licence, comes from review sites rather than from Casinova itself. In this Casinova review that adds up to a swerve.
Casinova review: what the operator publishes
The rules page, section 2.3, lists excluded jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and the United States. Ireland is not among them. That much is first-hand. The footer, where a licence number would normally sit, is blank on that point. Earlier, the site showed a geo-block page to our test location, which is why the rules were only read at the recheck.
The NovaForge attribution
Casino.org and gambling.com both carry Ireland-section reviews naming NovaForge Ltd, a 2024 launch, under an Anjouan licence, held here as Anjouan Gaming Board (per casino.org and gambling.com). Neither is an official source. A financial-intelligence newsletter has also published a critical report on NovaForge's casino business. Reviews of ViciBet name NovaForge too, as one of two possible operators; our ViciBet review covers that site, and the sister sites guide explains why a confirmed licence holder is the only real link.
Casinova and Irish law
Casinova is on neither Revenue's legacy register nor the GRAI register. No casino holds an Irish gaming licence, because the GRAI is not expected to issue one before early 2027. Meanwhile an Irish account at an Anjouan casino carries no Irish complaints route, no Irish limit-setting duty and no Irish identity rules. Our casino rankings rank only brands holding a stronger foreign licence for that reason.
Casinova bonus, app and withdrawals
We hold no verified bonus, promo code, free spins or no deposit offer, no app listing and no withdrawal time for Casinova. Searches for each exist in Ireland, at low volume. The honest answer is that a young offshore casino with no licence named in its footer can change any of those terms overnight, and a coupon-site code is no promise that the cashier will honour it. Read the bonus terms in full on the day, if at all. Any sourced offer would appear here: .
Verdict
Swerve. A footer with no licence, an operator known only through third parties, and no Irish protection. Its form line shows it, and we carry no link.
Casino games are 18+. Support in Ireland is listed on our responsible gambling page.
