ViciBet Review: A Geo-Blocked Casino With Two Possible Owners

ViciBet showed our check a page saying it was not available for legal reasons. Reviews give it an Anjouan licence and disagree on the company. None of that amounts to Irish cover.

ViciBet: review

ViciBet holds no Irish licence, and the only licence attributed to it, from Anjouan, comes from third-party reviews rather than the operator. Our verdict in this ViciBet review is swerve: the facts that would let a player trust the site are exactly the ones that could not be read.

ViciBet review: what happened when we looked

At the first check the official site showed a geo-block page saying it was not available in our country for legal reasons. At the recheck on 29 October 2026 it returned a plain 403, access forbidden. Either way the licence footer, the terms and the restricted-country list stayed shut. We did not try to get round the block, and nobody should. A casino that blocks a location is telling you it does not intend to serve it, and an account opened from behind a disguised connection can be voided under almost any operator's terms, winnings included.

The licence and the company: sources disagree

Reviews describe an Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licence, recorded here as Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licence (per reviews, not verified). The company is less settled: some name Stellar Ltd, others NovaForge Ltd. A player cannot sensibly complain to a regulator about a company whose name is uncertain.

Those same reviews say ViciBet restricts the United States, the United Kingdom and several EU countries. None names Ireland. That is not the same as a confirmed welcome; it only means nobody has published an Irish exclusion.

Is ViciBet legit in Ireland?

ViciBet is not on Revenue's legacy register or on the GRAI register. It could not hold an Irish casino licence because none has been issued: gaming licensing is expected to start in early 2027. Even then, only operators that apply and meet the GRAI's standards will be licensed. An Anjouan-licensed site offers an Irish customer no Irish complaints route and no Irish rules on deposit limits or identity checks. The licensing guide explains what changes when an operator is on the Irish register.

ViciBet sister sites and the NovaForge question

If NovaForge Ltd is the operator, ViciBet's nearest relative is Casinova, which casino.org and gambling.com attribute to the same company under an Anjouan licence. A financial-intelligence newsletter has published a critical report on NovaForge's casino business. Neither link is confirmed by the operators. Our Casinova review covers that brand, and the sister sites guide explains why only a named licence holder settles these questions.

ViciBet casino bonus, app and withdrawals

We hold no verified ViciBet bonus, no deposit bonus, free spins offer or promo code for Ireland, because the terms that would define them could not be read. If one is sourced it will appear here: . The same applies to the app, where no store listing was found, and to withdrawal times, which are not on record. The bonuses section explains which terms to read first on any casino offer.

Checking a casino like ViciBet yourself

Three checks take a few minutes and settle most of what this page cannot. Scroll to the footer and look for a company name, a registered address and a licence number. Open the regulator's own register, not a seal image, and search for that number. Then read the excluded-countries clause in the terms for Ireland. If the footer is blank, the register has no match or the clause is missing, stop there.

Our verdict on ViciBet

Swerve. A blocked site, a second-hand offshore licence, two candidate companies and no Irish protection. Its form line reads accordingly, and we carry no link to it. For casino play, brands with Malta or Great Britain licences are the better field until the GRAI starts licensing gaming.

Readers' questions

Why does ViciBet not open in my browser?
The site blocks some locations and returned a geo-block page and a 403 error to our checks. Take a block as the operator declining to serve you; getting round it can void an account.
Who runs ViciBet?
Reviews name either Stellar Ltd or NovaForge Ltd. The operator's own pages could not be read, so neither is confirmed.
Is ViciBet a sister site of Casinova?
Possibly, if NovaForge Ltd runs both. That link rests on third-party reviews and has not been confirmed.
