CoinCasino displays a Tobique Gaming Commission seal. When we asked the commission's own validator about the domain, it answered that the service is not licensed.

CoinCasino: review

CoinCasino has no Irish licence, and the one licence its homepage implies did not check out: the Tobique Gaming Commission's validator said the casino's domain is not licensed when queried on 29 October 2026. That single result settles this CoinCasino review. The verdict is swerve.

CoinCasino review: the seal and the validator

The homepage code loads a Tobique Gaming Commission seal, the small badge many offshore casinos put in the footer. Tobique is a First Nation regulator in Canada that licenses online gaming for international markets. Its seals link to a validation page where anyone can enter a domain and see whether the licence is live.

We entered the domain with and without the www prefix. Both times the answer was that the service is not licensed. There may be an explanation, such as a lapsed licence, a pending renewal or a seal left over from an old arrangement, but the operator gives none on a page we could read, and no company name appears in our records. The form box shows what we hold: Tobique Gaming Commission seal embedded on site; TGC validator returned INVALID for coincasino.com on 2026-10-29.

Is CoinCasino legit for Irish players?

Not by any test we can apply. CoinCasino is not on Revenue's legacy register or on the GRAI register, and no casino anywhere holds an Irish gaming licence yet; the GRAI expects to start licensing gaming in early 2027. A player in Ireland would be dealing with an unnamed operator whose only displayed licence failed its own regulator's check. If a deposit or a withdrawal went wrong, there would be no Irish authority to hear the complaint and possibly no foreign one either. The licensing guide shows how to run the same seal check on any site.

CoinCasino withdrawal, bonus and promo code

Searches for a CoinCasino withdrawal time, a promo code and a no deposit bonus each turn up a few times a month. We hold none of those details as verified, and the restricted-country list was not read. Paying in coin brings risks of its own, set out on our crypto casino page.

CoinCasino app

No operator-linked app was found in the official stores. Treat any installer offered from a promotional page as untrusted.

Verdict

Swerve. A seal is a claim; the validator is the evidence, and here it said no. No link from us, and its form line sits at the foot of the licence scale.

Readers' questions

Is CoinCasino licensed?
It shows a Tobique Gaming Commission seal, but the commission's validator returned not licensed for its domain on 29 October 2026. It has no Irish licence.
Does CoinCasino accept players from Ireland?
Its restricted-country list was not read, so this is unconfirmed. Acceptance would not bring any Irish protection.
How do I check a casino licence seal?
Click the seal or go to the regulator's own site, enter the casino's domain or licence number, and read the result there rather than on the casino's page.
