Nomini takes Irish players without an Irish licence, and the only licence on record is an Anjouan one reported by a third party. A swerve, whatever the bonus says.

Nomini: review

Nomini is a casino and sportsbook that accepts players from Ireland, but it has no Irish licence and its own rules page does not state any licence at all. This Nomini review rates it swerve: the only licence on record, from Anjouan, comes from a casino review directory rather than the operator.

Who runs Nomini casino

Third-party records name Stellar Ltd as the operator, with an Anjouan Gaming Board licence. The terms page we read on the Nomini site named no licence, and the Anjouan licence was not checked with the authority. That leaves a brand with a recognisable name and very little verifiable paper behind it. The licence field from our data: Anjouan Gaming Board (per AskGamblers); no licence stated on the official terms page read.

Nomini in Ireland: no licence, no Irish recourse

Section 2.3 of the Nomini rules lists its excluded jurisdictions, and Ireland is not among them. So Irish residents can sign up. That is a choice the operator makes, not a permission from Ireland.

Nomini was not on the Revenue register of remote bookmakers and is not on the GRAI register. Its sportsbook therefore takes bets from Ireland without the remote betting licence every online bookmaker here has needed since 1 July 2026. For its casino there is no Irish route at all until gaming licensing starts, expected in early 2027. If a dispute arises, no Irish body will hear it, and the overseas route, if any, runs to the Comoros. The Act also allows the GRAI to ask the High Court to block an unlicensed operator's website and payments, so an account that works this month may not work the next. The licensing guide sets out what a GRAI licence requires of a bookmaker.

Nomini promo code and no deposit bonus

We publish no Nomini promo code, and the operator data holds none: . Searches for a Nomini casino promo code or a no deposit bonus will turn up plenty of claims. A bonus at an offshore site is governed by terms the operator can change and interpret, with no regulator here to test them. Our no deposit explainer covers what such offers usually require.

Withdrawals at Nomini

One rule is confirmed. Section 6.15 of the terms sets the processing window for withdrawal requests: Requests processed within 3 business days (terms 6.15). Processing is not the same as money arriving, and the payment methods themselves were not confirmed. When a licensed Irish bookmaker sits on a payout, the punter can take it to the GRAI; when Nomini does, the complaint stays with Nomini.

The sportsbook and the app

A sportsbook is listed alongside the casino. Racing coverage, apps and live casino were not confirmed. With no GRAI licence, the sportsbook carries none of the protections Irish punters now take for granted: mandatory money limits under section 164, the credit card ban, identity and age checks under the 2026 regulations.

How to read an offshore licence claim

A licence logo in a footer proves nothing on its own. What counts is a register entry you can find yourself:

  • The licence number and company name should match on the operator's terms and on the regulator's site.
  • The licensed domain should be the one you are on.
  • The regulator should publish a way to complain.

Nomini fails the first test before the others arise, because its terms name no licence. That is a worse position than an offshore brand with a checkable number, and it is the main reason its form line is so poor on licence.

Nomini sister sites

No confirmed Nomini sister sites. Offshore operators often run several near-identical brands, but without a register entry there is nothing reliable to link them by.

Nomini review verdict: swerve

An unverified offshore licence and no Irish cover make Nomini a swerve, and we give it no link. For a licensed sportsbook see our betting section. Every form of gambling is 18+; our help page lists Irish services if it is getting on top of you.
