Puntit App: What Is Known, and the Licence Question First
A Puntit app for iPhone is reported but not confirmed from official pages. More important: the Revenue licence Puntit held ran out with the old regime, and it is not on the GRAI register.

The Puntit app is reported by an affiliate review to exist on iOS only, with no Android version, but neither store listing is confirmed on our file. Before the app, though, comes the licence: Puntit is not on the GRAI register, which every online bookmaker serving Ireland has needed since 1 July 2026, so we rate it swerve.
The Puntit app on iOS and Android
An affiliate review dated 6 August 2026 says Puntit offers an iOS app and no Android app. The official site refused our requests, so we could not confirm either point from the operator. We have no App Store listing, developer name or rating on file, and we do not quote any.
If you go looking, three checks will tell you more than a screenshot:
- Open the listing in the App Store itself, not through a link on a third-party site.
- Read the seller or developer name and compare it with the company in the bookmaker's terms.
- Look for that company on the GRAI register before you deposit.
Never install a betting app from a file offered outside Google Play or the App Store.
Puntit's licence: from Revenue to nothing
Puntit appeared on the Revenue register of licensed remote bookmakers at 30 June 2026 under licence 1022285, held by Play Well Media Ltd of Sliema, Malta. That register belonged to the old system. Revenue no longer issues the licence, and from 1 July 2026 remote bookmakers needed a licence from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland. On 29 October 2026 Play Well Media Ltd was not on the GRAI register.
So the app, if you find it, connects to a bookmaker that holds no current Irish licence. The casino side is reported to run under a Curacao licence, OGL/2023/159/0076, held by White Star B.V., the same holder our file shows for Casino Days. The full background is in our Puntit review.
What an app does not change
An app is a front door. The rules behind it are the same as on the website: the same terms, the same settlement, the same complaints route. A tidy interface on a phone is no substitute for a regulator: with no Irish licence, Irish law gives Puntit customers no protection, and a casino dispute would go to Curacao. It is not a bookmaker we recommend. For apps from bookmakers that are on the register, see our betting apps page.
The affiliate review also mentions best odds guaranteed on UK and Irish racing and payment options such as Apple Pay and PayPal. None of that is confirmed from Puntit's own pages, so we do not rely on it.
Betting is for over-18s only. Whatever app you use, set a deposit limit before you set a favourite; our safer gambling page lists free support.
