Rosy Bingo Review: A Sterling Site With an Open Question on Ireland
Rosy Bingo is run by Broadway Gaming under UK and Malta licences. Its terms never confirm that Ireland is a permitted territory, so we hold the verdict at watch.

Rosy Bingo is an online bingo and slots site run by Broadway Gaming Limited of the Isle of Man under a UK Gambling Commission licence and a Malta Gaming Authority licence. Whether it takes players from Ireland is the open question of this Rosy Bingo review: the terms restrict play to "Permitted Territories", and we could not find that list.
Who runs Rosy Bingo
The terms name Broadway Gaming Limited, an Isle of Man company (number 020664V) and part of the Broadway Gaming group. The site configuration lists two licences: UKGC account 39075 and MGA/B2C/184/2010, with links to both registers. The site's own data gives its founding year as 2014. The licence line, from the operator data: UKGC 39075; MGA/B2C/184/2010.
Rosy Bingo and Irish licences
Rosy Bingo holds no Irish licence, and could not: the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland has not yet started licensing gaming, which covers bingo, and expects to do so in early 2027. Until then, a bingo site serving Ireland relies on a foreign licence. A Malta or UK licence is about the strongest foreign cover available, with registers you can check and regulators that act on complaints. Our licensing explainer covers the timetable.
The firm was not on the Revenue register of remote bookmakers and is not on the GRAI register, which is expected for a bingo-only brand.
The permitted territories problem
Some signs point towards Irish customers: the site lists euro as well as sterling, and a public review profile carries Irish reviews. But the primary currency in the terms is GBP, and the rules bar anyone outside the permitted list. Until that list is published where we can read it, we cannot tell you Irish sign-ups are accepted. If the site turns you away at registration, take that as the answer.
Payments and the minimum deposit
The site schema lists Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and PayPal. The terms set a minimum deposit of GBP 10 (unless otherwise stated on the website). For an Irish player paying in euro, a sterling-first site can mean conversion fees on cards, so check the account currency at sign-up. Withdrawal times were not confirmed: . Our PayPal page lists which casino sites accept it for Irish customers.
Rosy Bingo bonus, promo code and free spins
No current welcome offer was confirmed for Ireland. If one is verified it appears here: . We found no Rosy Bingo promo code or no deposit offer on record. Bingo bonuses often split into bingo money and slot spins with different wagering, so read which pot a bonus lands in before playing it.
The app and the games
No Rosy Bingo app was confirmed in the operator data; the site runs in the browser. Products are bingo and casino games, with no sportsbook or racing.
Rosy Bingo sister sites
Broadway Gaming runs several bingo brands, and that group is where any Rosy Bingo sister sites come from. We have not confirmed the current list against the licence registers, so we do not name them here; our sister sites page covers groups whose links are on record.
Checking access before you deposit
Three checks settle the Ireland question faster than any review can:
- Start registration and see whether Ireland appears in the country list.
- Look for a euro account option, rather than a sterling account with card conversion.
- Ask support, in writing, whether Republic of Ireland residents are a permitted territory, and keep the reply.
A written answer from the operator is worth more than a guess from us, and it is the sort of record a regulator in Malta or Britain would want to see if a dispute ever reached it.
Rosy Bingo review verdict: legit, but is it open to Ireland?
As a business, it has a named operator, two serious licences and a published founding date. As an option for an Irish reader, it is unconfirmed. That gap is why we give no link and a watch verdict. Bingo is 18+ only, like the rest; if it has stopped being fun, our support page lists Irish help.
