Spinoli Review: Anjouan Paperwork and a Locked Front Door

Spinoli is reported to run under an Anjouan licence and to take Irish players, but its own site refused our check. What is known comes second-hand, and it points one way.

Spinoli: review

Spinoli is an offshore online casino with no Irish licence; the only licence attached to it in our sources is from Anjouan, reported by a third party rather than read on the operator's own pages. Our verdict in this Spinoli review is swerve, and the reasons are below.

Spinoli review: the licence as reported

OLBG's Irish review names the operator as Next Global Era Limited and gives an Anjouan licence, which we hold as Anjouan, licence ALSI-102310002-F15 (per OLBG). That review presents Spinoli to Irish readers, and the restricted-country list quoted on the LCB forum does not include Ireland. Put together, those two secondary sources suggest the Spinoli casino takes Irish sign-ups.

Neither source is the operator, and neither is the regulator. Anjouan, one of the Comoros islands, licenses online casinos for international markets and has no role in Irish law. A licence from there tells a player that some paperwork exists; it tells them very little about what happens when a withdrawal stalls.

Why the Spinoli site would not open

The official site returned an HTTP 403 response, access forbidden, to our check on 29 October 2026, as it had at an earlier attempt. That blocked the footer, the terms and the list of excluded countries. Sites refuse automated readers for all sorts of reasons, from security filters to country blocks, and we did not try to get round it. If the site will not open for you either, take that at face value: the operator has decided not to serve your connection, and no workaround changes who is responsible for your money.

Spinoli and Irish law

Spinoli is not on Revenue's legacy register of remote bookmakers or on the GRAI register. There is, in any case, no Irish casino licence to hold yet: the GRAI expects to begin licensing gaming in early 2027. Until then the useful test for a casino is the quality of its foreign licence, and Malta and Great Britain sit well above Anjouan on that scale. Our licensing guide explains the difference, and our casino rankings list only brands holding a stronger foreign licence.

An Irish customer of an Anjouan casino has no Irish regulator to complain to and no Irish rules binding the operator on limits or verification. Any dispute runs through the operator's own process and then, at best, to the island regulator.

Spinoli no deposit bonus and other offers

A handful of searches each month ask about a Spinoli no deposit bonus. The LCB forum thread that carries the restricted list also advertises such an offer, but it is an affiliate promotion, not the operator's terms, and we could not read the terms to compare. Nothing is verified; a sourced offer would appear here: . Our no deposit bonus guide explains the caps and wagering that usually come with them.

App, payments and withdrawals

We have no Spinoli app listing, payment list or withdrawal time on record. Each would sit in the form box if sourced. Offshore casinos are generally browser-only; be wary of any downloadable file offered outside the official app stores.

The Spinoli withdrawal question deserves its own line, because that is where offshore accounts usually go wrong. Before any deposit at a casino like this, a player should be able to find four things in the terms: the identity documents required, the processing window, any weekly or monthly cash-out cap, and the grounds on which winnings can be voided. With the terms unreadable, we cannot say how Spinoli answers any of them.

Verdict on Spinoli casino

Swerve. A second-hand Anjouan licence, an operator that would not show its terms, and no Irish protection behind the account. Its form line says the same. We carry no link to Spinoli.

Readers' questions

Is Spinoli legit?
It is reported to operate under an Anjouan licence held by Next Global Era Limited. That has not been confirmed from the operator's site, and it is not an Irish licence.
Who runs Spinoli casino?
OLBG names Next Global Era Limited. The official site refused our check, so we could not confirm the company from the operator's own pages.
Are there Spinoli sister sites?
None confirmed. Without a readable licence holder on the official site, any sister-site list is guesswork.
