Tsars Casino Review: From Curacao to Anjouan, Never to Ireland

Tsars Casino appears to have moved from a Curacao set-up to an Anjouan licence under a new company. Neither is an Irish licence, and the verdict stays swerve.

Tsars Casino: review

Tsars Casino is an offshore online casino now reported to run under an Anjouan licence, ALSI-202503021-FI1, held by Trink N.V. It has no Irish licence, and this Tsars Casino review gives it a swerve.

The licence history is the interesting part. An affiliate programme directory still shows the older arrangement, a Curacao licence under RR Investments N.V., while a casino review directory lists the Anjouan licence and Trink N.V. Two companies and two regulators in a brand's recent past is not an offence. It does mean a punter needs to know which one answers for it today, and the operator's own site would not tell us, because it blocked our automated check and we did not try to get round that.

Tsars Casino review: the licence trail

  1. Earlier: Curacao licence, RR Investments N.V., per an affiliate programme listing.
  2. Now, reportedly: Anjouan licence ALSI-202503021-FI1, Trink N.V., per a casino review directory.
  3. Ireland: not on the Revenue register of remote bookmakers and not on the GRAI register.

Anjouan is one of the islands of the Union of the Comoros. Its licences have become common among casino brands leaving Curacao, and they bring little of what a European punter expects: no complaints record we can point to, no presence in Ireland, no reach into Irish law.

Is Tsars Casino legit for Irish players?

It operates under a licence of sorts, which is more than some manage. That is where the reassurance ends. Ireland has no online casino licence at all yet, since the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland plans to begin gaming licensing in early 2027, so the meaningful test today is a strong foreign licence. Malta and Great Britain pass it. An Anjouan permit, reported by a third party and unconfirmed on the operator's pages, does not. Our licensing explainer has the detail.

Where Ireland sits on the Tsars restricted list

The restricted countries quoted from section 10.4 of the Tsars terms and from the affiliate listing include the USA, the UK, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Denmark, Bulgaria and Australia. Ireland is not named. Read the list for what it is: mostly markets whose regulators pursue unlicensed operators. Ireland's absence from it is not a green light.

Tsars Casino bonus and no deposit offers

There is no verified Tsars welcome offer, promo code or no deposit bonus on our file; a confirmed value would appear here: . Offshore casinos commonly advertise generous packages. The size of the package says nothing about whether a win from it will be paid, and with no Irish or EU regulator involved, a dispute over wagering terms is settled by the casino. The bonus section covers what to check.

Tsars Casino withdrawal questions

Withdrawal limits, times and payment methods are not confirmed. Searches about Tsars withdrawals tend to come from people already waiting on one. If that is you, keep copies of every message, note the dates, and look in the terms for the complaints route the operator names. Never deposit more to unlock a pending payment; a request of that kind is a warning sign at any casino.

Tsars sister sites and app

Neither Trink N.V. nor RR Investments N.V. comes with a confirmed list of sister brands on our file, and no Tsars app on the official stores is confirmed. Our sister sites guide sticks to groups whose ownership is a matter of record.

Our call on Tsars Casino

Swerve. Two licence holders in a short time, neither confirmed on the operator's own pages, is not a record to deposit against. The form line is middling elsewhere and weakest on licence. Readers' questions

Who runs Tsars Casino?
A casino review directory names Trink N.V. under an Anjouan licence; an older affiliate listing shows RR Investments N.V. under Curacao. The operator's own site could not be read to confirm either.
Does Tsars Casino accept players from Ireland?
Ireland is not on the restricted lists we found. That is not the same as being licensed here: Tsars has no Irish licence, and its customers have no Irish regulator to turn to.
Is there a Tsars Casino no deposit bonus?
None is verified on our file, and offshore bonus terms are enforced by the casino itself.
