Zoccer Review: Sportsbook and Casino With a Blank Footer
Sports, horse racing, casino and crypto bonuses, all under a footer that names no company and no licence. Not on the GRAI register. Swerve.

Zoccer is a sportsbook and casino with no Irish licence and no licence of any kind shown on its site, and this Zoccer review comes down firmly against it. The footer carries the brand name and an 18+ notice; it names no company and no regulator.
Zoccer review: what is on offer
The site lists sports betting, live betting, horse racing, a casino and a live casino, with bonuses paid in the USDT stablecoin among the offers. That is a full bookmaker's range. It is offered without the GRAI remote betting licence that any bookmaker serving Irish customers has needed since 1 July 2026. The casino side could not be Irish-licensed in any case, as the GRAI only expects to start gaming licences in early 2027.
Who runs it
Unknown. The rules page served no readable terms. A sports betting publisher describes Zoccer as an offshore operator with no published company or licence number, and claims elsewhere of a Malta or Kahnawake licence are unverified. On file: None shown on site (third-party claims of MGA or Kahnawake unverified). With no regulator named, Irish law gives a customer no protection here and no outside body to hear a complaint.
One clue is the build. Zoccer runs on the same white-label template as Librabet and WildRobin, whose terms do not exclude Ireland. Those are the nearest Zoccer sister sites, though a shared template does not prove a shared owner, and Zoccer's own country list was not read.
Bonus and app
Searches for a Zoccer no deposit bonus or app turn up little we can confirm. Offer on file: . Crypto bonuses carry an extra layer of risk: the value moves, and a payout dispute in a stablecoin with an unnamed operator has nowhere to go. No app listing was confirmed.
One more gap. The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 bars Irish licensees from taking credit cards and lets customers set deposit limits with them. Zoccer is not an Irish licensee, so neither rule binds it, and whatever limits it offers are its own choice.
Is Zoccer legit?
We cannot call a bookmaker legitimate when it will not say who it is. For racing and GAA, the firms on the GRAI register are listed in our betting section, and the licensing guide explains how to check one.
Our call
Swerve, with no link. The licence figure in its form line is as low as our scale goes.
You must be 18+ to bet. Keep stakes to money already set aside for it, and see the responsible gambling page for Irish help.
