Megarush Review: Malta Licence, Long Cashier, No Irish Licence
Megarush is a Malta-licensed casino with a broad cashier and a full set of limit tools. Irish acceptance is likely but unconfirmed, and there is no Irish licence. Verdict: watch.

Megarush is a Malta-licensed online casino, not an Irish-licensed one: its footer names the Malta Gaming Authority and two ML Entertainment companies, under licence MGA/CRP/591/2018. More of it is on the record than for most brands in its class, which is why this Megarush review lands on watch rather than swerve.

Does Megarush take Irish players?
Megarush has no Irish licence, and cannot have one yet: the GRAI licenses betting only, with casino licensing expected in early 2027. Ireland does not appear on third-party lists of its restricted countries, but we have not read an Irish page or terms naming Ireland, so acceptance is likely rather than confirmed. A complaint would go to the operator and then to Malta, not to an Irish body. The licensing page covers that split.
Games and live casino
The operator says its library runs into the thousands of titles and includes a live casino with dealer tables. We hold no confirmed provider list, so we will not name studios. Live tables at a Malta-licensed casino run under the same licence as the slots; for how live games are streamed and what limits to expect, see our live casino guide. No Megarush app is confirmed in the Irish stores, so play is through the mobile browser.
Cashier: one point Irish players should know
The payment list is long and sensible, from Trustly bank payments to e-wallets and the Neosurf voucher. Irish law now bans credit cards for gambling, but that ban binds Irish licensees, and Megarush is not one. If you use Visa or Mastercard here, use a debit card and keep borrowed money out of it. Our Trustly guide explains the bank-transfer route.
Safer gambling tools
The operator lists deposit, wager, loss and time limits, a time-out and self-exclusion. That is a fuller set than many casinos offer, and it shows in the tools figure of its form line. Set the limits on day one, before any bonus is in play.
Megarush bonus and promo code
A euro welcome package appears on the operator's international page, but it is not an Irish offer and we have left it off. No promo code, no deposit bonus or free spins for Ireland are on file.
Megarush on watch
A credible licence and a well-stocked cashier; the missing piece is written confirmation that Ireland is served. If you go ahead, check the terms first.
